GoogleI can’t speak highly enough of all the team at Sanderson and would recommend them to anyone , the service provided not just finding prospective buyers but the chasing of solicitors to finally giving me an exchange, from the beginning I knew they were a fantastic team , everyone I spoke to was very helpful I cannot praise them enough the advice was second to none you most definitely get what you pay for and they were worth every penny ,Ceri and Jane are simply the best ‘ Thank you all so much

This is the 2nd time I have rented with them, I thought maybe the 1st time around we were just unlucky...but no. Customer service is awful! Do not expect a response to emails the first time, you have to send at least 2 to get an answer within 2 weeks! The staff are so grumpy and rude. The maintenance reporting system is awful, it asks you to call to report and then you're told you've done the wrong thing. They are all serving to the landlords, not to service the tenant at all. If you think you will get your deposit back...think again. I have rented with 6 different agencies and always got my full deposit back, apart from Sandersons even after leaving the property in an even better condition than received.I am yet to find out what will happen with my current deposit. Many other problems throughout the past year that I have never experienced with any other agent. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM!

GoogleWe brought through Sandersons and from the first viewing to the moment we exchanged, Sandersons have been constantly professional all of the way though. They kept us continuously updated and happily chased where needed. I would defiantly recommend them for anyone buying or selling.

Terrible experienceI ordered over £440 worth of items online they decided to only send 2 items , the rest of the £297.50 items were never received. They fob you off ignore you and pocket the funds from you, then are completely indifferent thereafter. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ITEMS NOR HAVE THEY GIVEN ME MY MONEY BACK. This is theft.

GoogleRecently bought and sold through Sandersons and the team there were incredible and highly recommend them to anyone wishing to move. Moving house is supposed to be one of the most stressful things you can do... not when you use Sandersons!! The whole process ran seamlessly. Of course, we ran into a few sticking points but these were handled swiftly and efficiently. Is at times like this, that the true value of a good estate agent becomes apparent.

GoogleProfessional and helpful team - relax knowing they’ve got it all covered. Unlike other experiences I’ve had with agents, Sandersons are doing heaps of work behind the scenes to make the whole process run smoothly and on numerous occasions go beyond what is expected.

They have moved quickly and kept me in the loop and found out answers to all of my questions promptly. I was previously dealing with a different estate agents who were rude and unhelpful so to go from that to sandersons I couldn’t be happier. A real pleasure to deal with.
