YellAn amazing team!
A very satisfied landlord. At a stressful time with a tenant who needed to be evicted due to antisocial behaviour, it was reassuring to have a calm and professional agent that could assist at every step of the process. In particular, Patrycja, Jordan, Regan & Phil who were amazing going above and beyond to help - a HUGE thank you for everything you do it is much appreciated as its definitely not easy being a landlord at this uncertain time! Would definitely recommend to any landlord wanting to rent in the area. These guys are amazing!

GoogleBought our first home with SJ Smith. From viewing to completion they were terrific. Answered all questions, gave us all the information we needed and due to our chain taking a while they were always chasing people on our behalf. At times we felt like we were pestering them for updates cause we were keen to move but they were always super friendly and kept us in the loop. Can't fault them. Would recommend. Thanks very much.
Thank you for the review Lee, it was a pleasure working with you too!

GoogleSJSmith has been managing my property for over seven years and I have always found their overall service and staff to be exceptional. I have been particularly impressed with Patrycja who is always friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. Whenever I have contacted Patrycja, she has always responded promptly and efficiently and has taken the appropriate action to deal with any issues or queries immediately. Partrycja also has experience in dealing with a range of day to day property related issues ranging in complexity and is always able to suggest a solution and consistently adopts a hands on approach. I have also been incredibly impressed with the overrding support provided by their manager Phil. I have always been treated as a valued customer and overall I am incredibly satisfied and would highly recommend SJSmith.

GoogleWe have a renovation and build to rent property portfolio of 45 units, across three Companies. S.J.Smith managed a complicated and emotionally delicate purchase for us and then found an excellent tenant at more than market rate in record time. Their staff went over and above the call of duty to complete the transaction, which nearly faltered at several junctures. They were efficient, knowledgeable and completed everything swiftly throughout the sales and lettings process. We wish more agents were like them. EPM Developments Ltd.

GoogleWe have been searching for a house to buy for months. Luckily we met with Louis from S J Smith. He understood all our needs and finished our searches. Now we are getting our new house key next Monday. During the buying process, S J Smith called and informed us regularly. If I decide to sell my house in the future S J Smith definitely will be my agency. Thanks once more to Louis, Nicola and Simon for the smooth buying process.

Google5 stars for sales progression, without their help the transaction would have taken 3 times as long. The team were responsive and provided timely updates. The team chased non-responsive parties applying pressure when required.
