GoogleHi, My experience with the guys at SJ Smith has been excellent. They have just sold my mums house for me and throughout the whole process they provided continuous feedback on viewings and the results of those viewings by e mail and also kept in touch regularly by phone. I would recommend SJ Smith as professional, thorough and efficient and would use them again.

GoogleBrilliant experience selling my flat with SJ Smith. The initial valuation with Chad was very professional followed with good pictures and marketing online. I received feedback after every viewing from Rob, Frankie and Louis and was kept updated very well. After accepting an offer Nicola was brilliant at chasing solicitors and keeping us updated and seeing the job through. Would highly recommend SJ Smith.

GoogleMember of staff Louis. What an absolute horrible human being. Stay clear. Apparently has a crystal ball that tells him the future. Very dissapointed with the service. I have been buying properties for 9 years and never been treated in such an awful manner. Behaved like a child which is not what you want when spending hundreds of thousands of pounds. Free advice, be professional and treat people in the right way, you represent your company but it appears as though you believe you own the firm and can afford to lose potential business. I wish I was as rich as you to be able to do that. Life would be much easier.

GoogleWe were fortunate enough to be purchasing and selling through SJ Smith, the level of service we received from both the Ashford and Staines office whether it be relating to the sale or purchase was excellent. Communication was great and we were always regularly updated. These guys do far more than market a property and show people through the door, they were chasing surveyors and solicitors all the way along the chain. For me SJ Smith completely defy the estate agent stereo type. Chad and Simon, it was a pleasure dealing with you both.

GoogleChad was honest and knowledgeable about the local market. He gave us a good estimate for a reasonably quick sale. Then Nicola and Louie followed up diligently. We had viewing the very same day that house went on market. Chad and co helped in vetting the offers and guided us in selecting one that would complete promptly. I will recommend this team.
