GoogleAfter a dreadful experience with many letting agencies in Ashford, I stumbled upon Mr.Anthony Gilbert and his team online. I had a nearly perfect experience with all the team members who went above and beyond to ensure that our move to Ashford was seamless. They were very professional in their approach and full points for accessibility and approachability. Unlike other agencies, I never had to deal with any call centers. They always kept me informed about developing situations and were 'always' available for a quick chat. The entire process, right from the viewing to moving in, was extremely smooth and prompt. They valued my time and I cannot appreciate them enough for that. I would rely on them again should I require their help with tenancy in the future. Thanks again Tony, Eleanor, and Carl.

GoogleThis is my first time conducting business with this company. It was one of my best experiences. One of the agents I can speak highly about, Carlton, he was very effective and efficient. He maintained his level of professionalism throughout the whole process. I can truly say he was very remarkable. I had no issues. He was very kind and had a lot of patience with me as I asked a lot of questions throughout the whole process before moving into my flat. I highly recommend anyone to conduct business with Mann Sales and Letting Agents.

GoogleIt was indeed a highly professional dealing i had with agents right from the beginning. I was specifically looking for an area to rent an apartment and within my busy schedule they were kind enough to make sure it happened within the date i wanted it managing all the hassles and making the process easy for-me. Google100% recommend! Mann letting Agents helped me secure a rental property in a super fast manner and went extra miles to move me in ever the weekend to facilitate my start my job as a key worker. My team extremely grateful as this helped me settle down much faster than expected and a big thank you from my family for making this happen so smoothly. Hopefully this type of service continues, as this first impression was fantastic. Same as with my many reviews, I will update in the future too.
