GoogleTo give this estate agent 1 star is beyond a joke!! How the manager Maria o Connor can call herself a manager is beyond words! Mann you need to pull your socks up! People are paying you to sell their houses! You do nothing to chase things up! You let people view houses who do not even have a mortgage in principle and then tell the sellers to go with that buyer!! Then when people in the chain chase up to find out what is going on it’s “not our business” and to then be told “everyone risks loosing a lot of money not just you!! Despite enquiring about the chain I’m in it’s “ Not my business!!” Very reassuring customer service that is Maria!!!! Mann your a disgrace!!!NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleI have recently just exchanged on my sale with Mann Ashford and i have to say the team there were fantastic. They did everything they said they were going to do including finding me my new house. when Maria took a new house on the market that she thought was right for us she call us immediately! the team at Mann have gone over and above to help us and we even have their mobile number so we can contact them out of hours! i highly recommend Mann

GoogleI was previously on the market with Geering and Colyer for a month and they achieved NO OFFERS. I then changed agent and Mann sold my my property WITHIN A WEEK for FULL ASKING PRICE. Not only did they sell my house they took over my buyers property too ( My buyers agent struggled to sell their flat) AGAIN MANN did an amazing job and sold my buyers property as well! Friendly, and very helpful and AMAZING!! i would highly recommend them!

GoogleIf I could give no stars I would. My son is a first time buyer therefore an ideal buyer who has tried contacting Mann and Co for two weeks to request a viewing. Doesnt matter what time of day he phoned no one answered the phone.. He then put himself out and travelled into Ashford town branch only to be told it is a letting agent. The staff member there told him that he would pass the message on and someone would get back to him. Suffice to say no one ever did. My son has tried phoning again and lo and behold no one answers.. One thing is for sure I wouldnt put my house up for sale with them.

GoogleIgnore the 5 star reviews, all FAKE. Avoid these people, they are arrogant, incompetent, they lie and are scammers. Do NOT deal with Linda Stapleton, she is one of the most horrible 'person' you'll ever meet in your life, she is abusive, racist, agressive bordering on sociopathy, do not trust anything their 'staff' say. get EVERYTHING in writing, record all their visits on video, record all phone calls. TENANTS run away they are at the same level as Fergus W, LANDLORDS, if you want don't want to lose your tenants do it yourself, seriously, it's easy, no one needs estate agents, they can go be useful for society, they are many toilets to be cleaned and diapers to be changed, but they'd probably fudge something so simple...

GoogleWhen we decided to look for a property in Ashford, we registered with quite a number of estate agents. However, Mann and countrywide staff Samuel contacted us almost immediately and have since not relented. He ensured the process was smooth and was very flexible and honest with us. He was on top of everything and kept us updated through out. It was the best decision we made to use them. Thank you very much for your hard work and surely I will recommend. GoogleMaria and Mia we're a delight to deal with and helped me sell my home in 15 days!!! I had free professional photos taken which made my flat look brilliant and I was given weekly phone calls (daily if needed) to keep me updated once I sold. They helped me with my solicitor documents and also met people at the property so they could carry out a survey whilst i was at work. 10/10. Thank you girls!
