Sheer professionalism from the first meeting! Gary was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable about the area. Lindsay is a true superstar, full of enthusiasm and gave us much confidence. We were kept up to date almost daily which was a very good surprise . They both know their jobs very well and the whole team seem very goal directed and together! The house had stagnated for months with other agents, 6 viewings in 7 months. Haarts generated that many in 2 weeks! Gary worked his magic with the photographs and also starred in an piece to camera! We are so happy with these guys and recommend them with no hesitation whatsoever!

We had Gareth come out to our property to value after a huge refurbishment so we could make a decision on either remortgaging or selling and moving for a promotion. It was nice to see someone appreciate the hard work and craftsmanship that went into the refurbishment, considering my partner and his dad did a huge part of the grafting. I would highly recommend Haart just from the experience we had with the valuation. Gareth was so friendly and easy to talk to, even though you have a complete stranger pretty much judging your home! We have decided to remortgage, but when we do eventually come to sell we will definitely be approaching Haart as the valuation result left us with extremely high hopes. The haart Ashford team worked very effectively together, giving seamless support at all stages across survey, marketing, negotiating and closing, and keeping me well informed throughout. With special thanks to negotiator Lindsay Austin for going above and beyond what's normally expected. Lindsay made the selling process so much easier for me by proactively offering to act as keyholder in my absence so that various maintenance jobs could be completed, liaising with the plumber, the door installer, and the decorator - that's as well as doing an excellent job with all the usual stuff. Thanks also to branch manager Gareth Harmer for running such an effective team, keeping an eye on the whole process, and taking very timely and effective action to keep it moving. Superb!

It has been 5 years since I have started to use Hart agents for renting out my property. The service they provide is satisfactory, however I found differences on response process that depends upon staffs who are dealing the case. The detail breakdown of cost for damage repair, payments & bills were not that assuring at the start since I started to ask frequently it was then improved. The particular staffs in respective departments need to send timely & detail information & update as required. I found huge improvement on dealing the damage issues & repairs. Looking forward to have even better service from the staffs in all matter. Thank you for your service so far.

I usually have concerns when I dealt with different agencies however I have to admit that I got a professional help at Haart. I had something in my contract that they had to change. Harry and the Team managed it in less then 15 mins. In some other places this can take up to 1-2 days. They were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend their service.

At first i was bit reluctant to approach haart as i was recommended different estate agent by a friend but Joshua(branch manager)was very professional, extremely helpful and put my mind at ease during the whole process of letting.If i had any queries he would respond immediately. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the level of service I have received from your agency regarding the management of the property I am renting. Over the past several months, I have encountered numerous instances of unresponsiveness and broken promises from your team. Despite my efforts to communicate my concerns and request assistance, I have often been met with delayed responses or, in some cases, no response at all. One particularly concerning issue is the lack of follow-up on promises made by your staff. On multiple occasions, I have been assured that someone would contact me by a certain date or time, only to never receive a call or any further communication. This lack of reliability is unacceptable and has greatly hindered my ability to address important matters related to my tenancy. Additionally, there seems to be a significant disconnect between what your staff members say they will do and what actually occurs. It is incredibly frustrating to be given assurances that my concerns will be addressed promptly, only to see little to no action taken. As a paying tenant, I expect a certain level of professionalism and responsiveness from the agency responsible for managing the property I call home. Unfortunately, my experience with your agency has fallen far short of these expectations. Moving forward, I urge you to take immediate steps to improve your communication practices and ensure that promises made to tenants are upheld. It is imperative that your agency demonstrates a commitment to reliability and accountability in order to maintain the trust and satisfaction of your clients. I sincerely hope that you will address these concerns promptly and take meaningful action to improve the quality of service provided to tenants.
