I saw a property on rightmove that me and the wife really wanted to view, so rang Harrt to try and arrange a viewing. I literally rang them every day for a week to try and arrange a viewing but every time I called I was either given an excuse as to why they hadn't been able to get hold of the vendor or why they hadn't at least called me to back yo update me on not being able to get hold of the vendor. on the 7th day of calling them I got given a number of the agent dealing with the property. I called several times and left numerous messages only to be ignored! Ive still not heard back and that was nearly a week ago now! needless to say I've given up on trying to view the property now and wouldn't waste my breath trying to contact them again over any future properties.

I can not believe that my step daughter has had to wait so long for her roof, oven, shower and fence to be fixed.... over a year and still she is waiting . it is ridiculous. a roof that leaks, an oven that has not worked for a year, a fence blown over last year and over a year with a defunct shower.. Happy to collect the money but not repair it would seem......
