GoogleIts a pleasure to deal with, I felt that I've been listened, no aggressive sale tactics, also they add a personal touch to the whole journey which I find very attractive and felt like its customized for me. Over the Moon with the service, pleasant experience, wish all other estate agents would be the same, you guys should start training your competition. PS - special thanks to our own dedicated agent, he was dealing with us from the beginning I would highly recommend him to all of you our there looking for your next rent or purchase, his name - Gavin Gravenzande - !!! FacebookAbsolutely terrible service, from the most insulting and disingenuous people in the world.... basically if you want to pay money and have no house, give your money to the homeless. they know how to put on makeup and drive BMWs but know nothing about running a business

GoogleWhile selling with another agent, had numerous calls, letters and even a cold call on the doorstep asking how our sale was progressing. I can understand them trying to attract business, however I do not like a fake viewing arrangement through our online estate agency. Followed by calls on my personal mobile number which they can only have got from there. Even after several emails asking how they obtained my number I have not received a response.

GoogleGareth visited us for a valuation appointment and was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He clearly knows his market and has a great passion for the new technologies is used to secure sales. I was particularly interested in a social media application that can provide over 70 different adverts to cater for all types of buyers. Haart are clearly keeping ahead of the game in their marketing strategy in a digital age!

GoogleExcellent service from Lyndsay. She even met me at Ashford Railway station because I was running late which was very kind. Nice natural girl with a lot of personality which is essential for an estate agent when so many are dull. Felt at ease with her. Showed me just about everything in the property I was interested in and has good ideas on how and where to place furniture and how to make rooms look bigger.
