GoogleAfter attempting to use various other estate agents, we was relieved to be using Haart. I was dealing with Sophie who was extremely helpful and couldn't do enough. All staff gave great advice and wasted no time in getting our tenancy started. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

GoogleHaart (Ashford, Surrey) were extremely responsive in dealing with the request. Colin shared the various services offered by Haart and explained the T’s&C’s. He then very promptly put into action the next steps for the letting. We could clearly see the teamwork. The team quickly organised the prerequisites and got the viewings set up. It was almost like there were clients waiting to view; multiple parties visiting at the same time. They also called us regularly during the process with updates; the communication was spot on. The letting was organised well before the committed period of 2 weeks, which is impressive. Overall it has been a great experience with Haart! I would highly recommend them. GoogleHaart (Ashford branch), has recently rented a couple of my properties, considered difficult to rent, due to the recent market changes affecting the demand and supply situation. I have much appreciated the performance by Haart for the way they have tackled the present challenging situation and have managed to rent a couple of my proerties. Traditionally, for the past few decades, these properties have always been rented to full time RHUL students. Haart managed to successfully rent a 6 bedroom property on a company let basis. Another 5 bedroom student house, with a tenant and her dog, that could not be rented by the local agents, has now been rented fully to students. Colin Hickey, the branch manager had a vision and together with his excellent team, performed beyond expectations and have successfully 'delivered the goods'. This has indeed been quite impressive.

GoogleHaart couldnt have been more helpful with the purchase of our house. We knew it was the house for us when we saw it online but when we missed the open house by 5 minutes we thought it was game over. However Chris managed to get us a viewing that afternoon and after a small bidding war it was ours. We are first time buyers and anxiety set in as the chain meant a 9 month wait but we are finally there and couldnt be happier. The team at Haart are really friendly and helpful and we cant thank them enough for their support.

GoogleWhen my partner and I were looking for our first home in Ashford Kent we have contacted few estate agencies . One of the best services received was from Haart Estate Agents . We were dealing with agent called Gavin . Gavin has provided us great customer service, he has great knowledge and he really listened to what we want and only called us and showed us properties which would pretty much meet all our requirements, not like some other agencies which would fill up your inbox with properties which were completely different and out of your budget and on top of that they were constantly trying to push you to get mortgage and other services from them. So Thank you Haart for making our first experience pleasant.

GoogleI have in the past had a hiccup or two with Haart Lettings, but with the new competent & very organised staff dealing with tenancy agreements ect for me, I am now more than happy to use them again, as well as recommend to friends & family.
