After a few meetings with various local estate agents. We decided to rent our property through Haart. We found the Lettings manager Joshua to be very genuine and honest and no point made any attempt to sell anything to us that was not realistic. Throughout the process from advertising, viewings to selecting the right tenant for our property all the staff have been professional and efficient. I feel confident and trust Haart will manage our property well meaning there is no stress or worry for us.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the level of service I have received from your agency regarding the management of the property I am renting. Over the past several months, I have encountered numerous instances of unresponsiveness and broken promises from your team. Despite my efforts to communicate my concerns and request assistance, I have often been met with delayed responses or, in some cases, no response at all. One particularly concerning issue is the lack of follow-up on promises made by your staff. On multiple occasions, I have been assured that someone would contact me by a certain date or time, only to never receive a call or any further communication. This lack of reliability is unacceptable and has greatly hindered my ability to address important matters related to my tenancy. Additionally, there seems to be a significant disconnect between what your staff members say they will do and what actually occurs. It is incredibly frustrating to be given assurances that my concerns will be addressed promptly, only to see little to no action taken. As a paying tenant, I expect a certain level of professionalism and responsiveness from the agency responsible for managing the property I call home. Unfortunately, my experience with your agency has fallen far short of these expectations. Moving forward, I urge you to take immediate steps to improve your communication practices and ensure that promises made to tenants are upheld. It is imperative that your agency demonstrates a commitment to reliability and accountability in order to maintain the trust and satisfaction of your clients. I sincerely hope that you will address these concerns promptly and take meaningful action to improve the quality of service provided to tenants.

At first i was bit reluctant to approach haart as i was recommended different estate agent by a friend but Joshua(branch manager)was very professional, extremely helpful and put my mind at ease during the whole process of letting.If i had any queries he would respond immediately. He made the process of letting our property smooth and helped us find a suitable tenant within days which was quite impressive. Sophie and Harry too were great! I would definitely recommend my friends and family to use Haart. Would be definitely using haart again in the future!
