Haart was by far the best estate agents in helping us to find our dream home, especially Gavin who took the time out to really understand our requirements and find every house he could that met our needs as well as making us feel very at ease in buying our first home. I usually have concerns when I dealt with different agencies however I have to admit that I got a professional help at Haart. I had something in my contract that they had to change. Harry and the Team managed it in less then 15 mins. In some other places this can take up to 1-2 days. They were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend their service.

Excellent service in what had been a very tough situation for Gareth to handle! We cannot praise him high enough! Gareth worked hard to enable us to get the property we wanted and there were times when we thought it would never happen. His persistence, empathy and sensitivity regarding the situation did him credit and he bent over backwards for us even to the point of keeping in touch with us after working hours. He encouraged us even when we were impatient and felt discouraged. Without all of his involvement we feel we would never have acquired the property we desired. I saw a property on rightmove that me and the wife really wanted to view, so rang Harrt to try and arrange a viewing. I literally rang them every day for a week to try and arrange a viewing but every time I called I was either given an excuse as to why they hadn't been able to get hold of the vendor or why they hadn't at least called me to back yo update me on not being able to get hold of the vendor. on the 7th day of calling them I got given a number of the agent dealing with the property. I called several times and left numerous messages only to be ignored! Ive still not heard back and that was nearly a week ago now! needless to say I've given up on trying to view the property now and wouldn't waste my breath trying to contact them again over any future properties.

Run away from this place. Haart might be good but be aware of GRACE. DO NOT let her handle your case. She gives false promises and false information. Never responds to emails or calls. If you are planning to buy a house and grace deals with it you are in big trouble because she never replies and you just wait wait and wait. She plays games. She shows more interest on cases that's probably more money. She will lie alot. So be careful and run away from her. She will make your house purchasing experience a painful living HELL!
