They were great with regards to patience,clarity and helping me to get quotes when I didn't have the time nor knowledge. I was always kept informed and the emails were never rude or pushy. The best thing I ever did was move my rental to haart. We have now come to change of tenant. Should I worry - not at all in the space of about three days or so Josh and Alice came back to me with their pick of three potentials for me to chose from. The new tenant is signed up on a 24 month lease, at the current optimum rental value, no break in rental income and still 7 weeks till the end of existing tenancy. Would I change? Why would I!
