Harry McLean has been very genuine, helpful and answered all my questions. The staff went above and beyond at all times in answering queries, contacting me as soon as I sent the enquiry, registering my information further with the landlord and ensuring the communication is as smooth as possible. I'll have to say Nelio at Haart Ashford is by far the most helpful agent I've worked with in my hunt for a new flat. He's very personable and professional yet flexible in his approach and helped me find the perfect home for myself and my son. I've dealt with quite a few in the past months from different agencies and no one has been as accommodating and 'non-salesy' (which is what I always dread with estate agents). He's also helped me to get in touch with various services to get my insurance, bills and new furniture set up. I'm very happy with my experience and would recommend to anyone who's looking in the area.

The Haart letting service was extremely swift and efficient. Absolutely everything was taken care of. Other than signing documents (all sent via a portal and extremely easy to follow) I really didn't have to do anything. I was always responded to very quickly, whether by email, text or phone. We agreed the monthly letting rate at the start of the process and it wasn't long before a tenant was agreed at that rate. The first monthly payment came in with the set-up fee taken off, plus the charge for having a professional itinerary completed, and the regular monthly charge, including rental insurance, so I didn't have to make any outgoing payments whatsoever. I have just received the 1st normal payment which is actually £2 more than what I had hoped to get each month in my pocket. I am very happy considering I don’t need to do anything at all moving forward. A job very well done - Thanks to Colin and Nelio
