We recently sold our house through Your Move, Belper, and would never use any other estate agent, now that we know the quality of their support and extent of their professionalism. The sale was complex and at times looked as if it might founder, and we were grateful for the consistently reliable, patient and wise insights and expertise of both David and Stephen, who managed to see the bigger picture at all times. How lovely to be able to whole-heartedly recommend such excellent practice!

Absolutely appalling how they handle tenants, when i moved in the apartment was dusty and unkempt, they take age to respond to service requests, wont help the tenant in case of emergencies, and their units in Edgbaston have rats. Reported this for 5 months in a row until I left the apartment. They then proceed to take part of your deposit so they can apparently clean the house for the next tenant, rent with them at your own peril.

Viewed with clueless agent could not even take details . Made offer told they would come straight back 10 days later no communication ,and they have ni idea what is happening . I guess they are showing flat hopping for a higher offer or they just leave flats on right move for an advert

GoogleAvoid this company if you are letting a property. Our property has been with them since March 2021, it's now July and despite the property being let, we have received no rental income from Your Move whatsoever. There is no reason for the delay and they have the money in their account. I have found their level of customer service inadequate and their response to requests completely incompetent. GoogleAngela came round to value my property, and she was really lovely and friendly and showed a real enthusiasm in selling my house. After discussing fees and comparing them with other firms , we decided to proceed with Your Move as they were by far the most competitive and realistic with the valuation. The photographer came out and did a fantastic job of showing the house in its best light! The brochure and marketing looked fantastic and within 3 days of the property going live we had several virtual viewings(excellently arranged and conducted by Natalie), lots of physical viewings and a full asking price offer. The team were absolutely fantastic and I had great feedback from people viewing about how good the virtual tour was and how friendly Natalie was when arranging viewings. Thank you so much for helping me sell my house for over the asking price within a week ! Poor experience from moving in to moving out, 4 years later. Avoid!!! Poor communication, they do not care about their tenants and tell lies. The process in getting your deposit back after moving out is a joke. 9 weeks to be precise, after numerous phone calls and emails.

I had a great experience with Your Move estate agent. My journey from viewing the property to starting the documentation process was done By Mr Anish who was very patient and helpful as everytime I turn to him with my Query he was there always. Mr Alan who did my completion was too helpful and his friendly nature made me more comfortable to buzz him every single time when I couldnβt understand few things. Overall my experience with them was 10/10.

I had a very bad experience I went visit a property and it was advertised by the your move in the Gillingham area and the rep from the Gillingham department didnβt even tell us the whole entire time that the property was a corporate sale as the property was repossessed! And on top they charged me Β£78 for background check that was no refundable! During whole entire time they never told me that the property was repossession and they knew all along!
