GoogleA big thank you to the team at Burchell Edwards Hucknall branch. Who went above and beyond for me as a first time buyer with out them I wouldn't have a clue were to start. I also would like to say a big thank you to Charlie Howe for sorting out my mortgage went thought every detail with me and was so understanding and patience . thank you and keep up the good work :)

DO NOT USE FOR LETTINGS!!!Absolutely rubbish constant changing of staff. No checks done properly, just constant lies about everything. No support whatsoever I was constantly having to chase them, never answered there phone for the two years the fully managed my property which was always left in a state because checks were not done. I still have letters from utility bills coming to me from last year because the agent didn't bother to pass them on. This was fully managed! Could do a better job on my own especially when all they were interested in was raising the fee I paid. Good riddance to them so glad I'm with a better agent.

Avoid the Tamworth branch if you are thinking of selling your house!They tie you in to a six month contract, they then don’t have any motivation to sell your house. They will not release you from the contract early and the only way to stop the company selling your house is to send them a two week notice to take your house off the market! Then have to wait till your six months is up to try sell your house with some one else… Thanks for nothing Burchell Edward’s

Biggest nightmare of a company ! Don’t know where to start! Everything from the lettings to the selling side are horrific ! Would never advise any landlord to let with this company and definitely not get them managed by them ! Never check the property , never chase any arrears ! Make sure you check references of tenants as they actually said they got rid of my terrible tenants by saying they were perfect tenants ! ‘L’ word comes into mind of what they are ! I could write a book on issues I had with them ! Never again ! I d really rate them a 0!

GoogleI am currently buying a property through Burchell Edwards in Hucknall, and would happily recommend them to anyone. I've dealt with Lana, in regard to viewing & communicating with the sellers, whilst Charlie has arranged my mortgage. Both of them have been prompt, when answering queries, and very helpful... as well as Charlie saving me money on my mortgage (compared to a different high street lender).

GoogleWorst estate agent ever! Rude, incompetent, unhelpful, oh and did i mention rude. Was threatened to exchange and complete and was told i would lose the onward purchase at the point i was saying the last goodbyes to my grandad as he was dying. The agent was aware of this and still persisted to call me and then send an aggressive email. Do not deal with burchell edwards. We got all these problems and we weren't even their client!!

Worse Agency I have EVER DEALT WITH! Do not go anywhere near them! It would take me 4 months to list the errors, the unprofessional RUDE staff! It took them 4 weeks to ring us back and Evan then it was an automatic response! Their errors have cost us £2500! Honestly they are disgraceful disrespectful money hungry sub human! They don’t care about humans just the bottom line!! Vile!!!
