I would highly recommend Bairstoweves. We have had a great experience from the start with Daniel and the finish with Michelle. All the staff at Sutton in Ashfield branch have been at the end of the phone giving me knowledgeable feedback, information and guidance whilst I have navigated this selling process for the first time. They have then successfully sold my house in just a few days! We can know start planning our next adventure thanks especially to Michelle for negotiating between me and my buyer, helping my stress levels remain as low as possible. Thanks again.

I would highly recommend this branch for buying and selling a property. The girls are always polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I would personally like to thank and shout from the roof tops that they have an excellent mortgage advisor Lee shipman, who has guided me , helped me , supported me through a house purchase. This man to me has been a life saver at times, he replies instantly to emails and calls even though he is really busy with new clients he always finds time to help you with any concerns or issues. I have to point out don’t use their solicitors, I decided to keep it all under one roof thinking that would be beneficial to me, It wasn’t. Although the shockingly poor treatment I got from the solicitors, Lee - mortgage advisor was always there to help me chase them and to send over documents on my behalf. DO NOT BUY OR SELL WITH BAIRSTOW EVES SOUTHEND ON SEA. Absolute Mickey Mouse setup where the agents dont even know who to contact to confirm a viewing! And so rude and unprofessional!Happy to explain more but not enough space!! Plenty of good Estate Agents around, I implore you not to use them!!!

We have recently moved house (September 2020) and put our house up for sale (in June 2020) with the Sutton In Ashfield branch of Bairstow Eves. We cannot praise the team enough for making what is usually a very stressful experience into one that was made less so by the excellent customer service and constant support we had through the selling and buying process. Special mention to Lisa who definitely went far and beyond what we expected with regular communication and lots of help throughout the conveyancing process, that was for us was quite complex and frustrating with a large chain involved. She was and is a star and we are so thankful and grateful to her for her hard work and attention to detail and determination to help us getting through this process quickly and effectively.
