GoogleNot so much Bairstow but more Lee from countrywide mortgages (same company) He's helped so much in getting my wife and myself a mortgage. He's been faultless through this all and has been so understanding. I can't thank lee enough keep up the good work

Absolute worst estate agents! Took our 6 months rent upfront told us we could move into the property only to be told 5 hours after we were due to get the keys that we weren’t allowed to have the property after all! We had paid for removals and were literally sitting outside the house only to be mucked about for the entire day. Very disappointing and if we could give them zero stars we would!

GoogleThese guys managed to sell my property within the first few days of speaking to a member of their team, and from sale of my property to the completion, Bairstow Eves made it as comfortable and as stress free as possible. They helped us out step by step, offered advice, and kept us up to date on a daily basis if any changes occurred. Everyone in branch was helpful, and regardless how many times i pestered them with phone calls and emails, nothing was to much to ask. They all remained professional and made me and my partner feel very relaxed in such as stressful process. I would highly recommend Bairstow Eves to anyone who is thinking of selling their house.

Dishonest, incompetent, the last 18 months have been infuriating stressful and costly, systemic failures in their property management team, did not manage the property licensing process, Help2 Rent tenant, let the H2R rent guarantee expire, so no rent cover and tenant in significant arrears, a personal data breach, lost keys, among a litany of failures. Avoid this company at all costs look around do t be fooled by the size of this company, it’s size dwarfs its ability to manage a single property with competence or integrity.

While in the process of purchasing a property i had my mortgage adviser and solicitor, but the agent pressured me into using their services by stating multiple times on the phone the seller would rather the buyer use their services. After the third time i was pressured into saying yes because in all the telephone conversations i was not getting anywhere until I said yes.The mistake I made was having all this conversation in a telephone conversation instead of emails. Their complaint department just threw the case under the bus because I had no evidence and their telephone conversations were not recorded.I avoid this company and their services.

TrustpilotSpying on you asking personal information has non acting agents.
They call you without saying who they are spying and acting like it’s your estate agent selling your home that you have chosen. I’m positive they are breaking data protection has they impersonate another acting estate agents. It’s not until you say can you conform who you are when you’ll be surprised to see it’s a spying estate agent asking for personal confidential information from you. I’ve recorded the calls to send onto the ombudsman has it’s against regulations.
