Carlton office provide excellent service

My past experiences of using estate agents for house purchases or sales have never been positive. That is until now. Our transaction was fairly simple as we had a first time buyer buying our house and that was the end of the chain. I found communications excellent. Never any delays. Always helpful. Always on time. Conducted viewings for us. Price was very reasonable and there were no hidden costs. Katie and Chloe at the Carlton office handled the whole transaction very professionally. Thank you

I would highly recommend Bairstoweves. We have had a great experience from the start with Daniel and the finish with Michelle. All the staff at Sutton in Ashfield branch have been at the end of the phone giving me knowledgeable feedback, information and guidance whilst I have navigated this selling process for the first time. They have then successfully sold my house in just a few days! I can honestly say Lesley is without doubt the most professional yet friendly and sincere and down to earth estate agent I have come across. And this comes from years of dealing with most of them in Nottinghamshire. I’ve had a fantastic experience with Bairstowe Eves in purchasing a property. As an Investor, Lesley completely understood what my aims were with purchasing the property and the need to move swiftly. She kept me up to date on at least a weekly basis once the sale was agreed and was always at the end of the phone or on email to answer any (sometimes bizarre) questions I might have! I hope to purchase more properties with Bairstow Eves as they have convinced me they are true property professionals and made the purchasing process easy and reliable. I will definitely make them my priority if I come to sell and rent any properties in the future. I just wish all estate agents worked this way and then life would be much simpler. Simon came to do the initial valuation and he was fantastic. Adhered to all social distancing measures and I didn’t feel under pressure at all to make a decision to sell. Jo did the majority of our viewings and answered the phone to many of my silly queries. She was super helpful and always knew the answers and how to put my mind at ease. Lesley regularly rang me with updates and was chasing the solicitors and making sure that things progressed well. Even when things went wrong along the way Lesley was fantastic, she rang me with the disappointing news, reassured me and it didn’t take long before the team had put the sale on the right track again. To all landlords leave them as soon as you can. These people don't listen to landlords. They done investigate. They only work to pass on cost to landlord. They dont care if the property is damaged or not been looked after. They even done care if tenant is in breach of tenancy agreement.

5 Star service! I’ve never written a review on anything before but decided to do my first one based on the excellent level of service I received from Bairstow Eves. My first special mention goes to Lesley the branch manager. Lesley worked so hard in pushing our purchase through to completion (we had an issue which took a while to resolve) Lesley was on the phone morning, afternoon and night to the solicitor pushing everything on and stayed late, long after the shop had shut working on my case. I would also like to thank Jo, branch sales negotiator for your input and updates - you never got cross with me, even when I bombarded you with emails. We wouldn’t have been in the house this side of Christmas if it wasn’t for all of your efforts, and for that we are truly grateful. Exceptional! And this is a word that I rarely use, but Lesley Fergie with Bairstow Eves has provided me with a consistent service that has been exceptional. During the last ten years Bairstow Eves have sold three properties for me and my family and each time they have achieved a five star service. There is a range of marketing options that you can chose to suit your property and how much you wish to spend. They have a presence on all the marketing on-line social platforms as well as in local papers. Their staff members are informed on the local housing trends, always polite, and keep you fully informed on all feedback, offers and negotiations, and progress towards the sale. They can also provide recommended trade contacts if there is a developing problem with your property. In this case I was handling a house sale as my aunt had died. I had a problem with the property that would have required driving more than a 100 miles back to Kirkby to resolve, and Leslie took the initiative and ‘sorted’ it for me. This was above and beyond what I could have expected. Truly a five-star-service.

I can't recommend the services of Lesley and the team highly enough. We put our house on the market in Feb 19 and by May 19 we had completed. The team worked continuously to ensure that I was in the loop at all times and offered the highest level of customer service. As a sales agent, they secured a price I was more than happy with (even though Brexit offered much uncertainty for house sales). This team operate at the highest level of professionalism and I can't thank them enough.
