GoogleI would highly recommend Stuart and his team to sell your house - their communication and attention to detail has been excellent. Selling your house is not always an easy process when there can be so many people involved in a chain, so you need to ensure you choose an estate agent who is experienced in all the possible scenarios. GoogleLike almost everything, purchasing a new home during this Pandemic was 'slightly' trying. Once Ian had his teeth into resolving the delays it all seemed to resolve itself. Without meeting anyone at all from the office during the purchase period he made it all work. Many thanks for your assistance.

GoogleThe team at Ashbourne worked very hard helping us with our house sale and new purchase. The whole legal process unfortunately took a lot longer than expected (due to our buyers solicitor) and it became very stressful. But, the staff at John German, in particular, Emma, kept us up-to-date and tried everything to help things along. They were all very professional from start to finish. Polite, friendly and informative. Highly recommend.

We have been informed and updated at every step of the journey in a most professional and personal service. we arrange to view a property in Burton road Derby, The response was oh we have 5 viewings, month later property still on the market. No call back as we arrange to view it, we attend but no one was there or and contact to follow up. The current market is tasty for investors like us and we don't need to be mess about.
