DY's phased approach to marketing our house worked really well for us. We've been here 30 years and were quite nervous about selling. A 'soft launch' allowed DY to gauge interest and pitch the real launch just right. It meant all the prep, the photos and so on, weren’t rushed. And it gave us more time to look around and decide where we wanted to move to. DY's enthusiasm for the house also stood out: it was clear Callum and his team understood what they were selling. We sold in a few days at a price and to buyers we are very happy with.
A few months on and we're about to move. OK, we were lucky to have great buyers and vendors, but the chain was still under pressure from the bottom to get a move on (which we fully understood). DY managed this extremely well, so we didn't feel under undue pressure.

Duncan Yeardley Ascot Sunninghill branch have been nothing short of fantastic in assisting us in selling our home. After having been let down by another local agent, we had a very tight timescale to sell our home. From the first meeting the team were genuinely caring, considerate of our needs and understanding of the urgency of our situation.
The photos and video of the property were amazing and really helped to capture our home. We instantly had a large amount of viewings and it was clear the team worked really hard to promote our property to the right buyers. We were given detailed feedback after each viewing, without having to chase for it which was really helpful.
The team are always very fast to reply to messages and calls, and being able to communicate on WhatsApp made the process a lot easier for us.
We have been kept updated during each step of the process, and really couldn’t be more pleased with the very professional and proactive service we have received.
We also dealt with Jess in lettings, who was excellent - so helpful and knowledgeable and very supportive.

I contacted the agency via email to visit a flat in Bracknell. I was called by an agent called Vivien, however as I was driving, she told me she would text me instead. Indeed she did and I replied to her including all the info she needed. 3 days on I haven't heard back from her. I qualify as my salary is sufficient and I do not have bad credit or credit cards for a matter of fact. I feel dumbfounded that I was not contacted again and I certainly will not be calling them.

I have never experienced an estate agent like Duncan Yeardley. We purchased our house through them in 2019 and they were excellent, so we decided to sell with them in 2024. We had 2 offers at and above asking price before the property even went to market. After the sale fell through 4 weeks later (no fault of DY), we had re-sold within 24 hours and the chain was back up and running.
