Established in 1987, we are Bracknell’s most established estate agent helping homeowners, landlords, buyers and tenants in the Ascot and Bracknell areas. Owner Nick Thring took over the business in 2012. Never standing still, we soon expanded to provide a full suite of letting services too with Helen, Nick’s sister, and Charlotte, Nick’s wife at the helm. A real family affair! From a team of just two, the company has grown significantly in recent years to boast a superb team of local property experts. And, we’re not stopping there. In 2021 we expanded and now have an office in Ascot to help even more people with their home moves. We can strongly say our foundation for being local experts is solid. We’re local residents who play an active part in the community and our children go to local schools. Several long-standing team members have been part of our story for many years and we always encourage progression, development and training so our people are the best they can be. With our great culture and work ethic, we always put our customers at the heart of what we do. We’re lucky to have people who are genuinely passionate about property, and we’re often complimented for going the extra mile. We hope to do that for you too!

The experience I have had so far with Duncan Yeardley and more specifically with Jessica Schofield has been fantastic. Jessica has done a great job marketing my flat and she quickly identified a candidate. She was also great at answering all my concerns and questions. FacebookI would not hesitate to recommend the team at Duncan Yeardley to anyone selling their home, they are awesome. We had to return our property to the market after some issues and were very anxious about starting the process with another agent. After our first contact with Lucy and Keith, all concerns gone, they were reassuring and positive and got cracking in no time. The marketing material was superb, quickly produced and well researched. The viewings team of Judy, Alison and Callum were great, resulting in two offers within the first two weeks. The emails from Adele and Chantelle were much appreciated and kept us fully informed of progress. The whole team are friendly, supportive and professional, and it is clear this company has customer care front and centre of everything it does. Duncan Yeardley will take some of stress out of the process and moving, just a shame they don't have offices in the area we are moving to! Thanks all, you are a fantastic team.

FacebookI would without hesitation recommend Duncan Yeardley just for the incredible Gina alone. She has been absolutely amazing and we couldn't have got through this incredibly stressful process without her! She has kept us up to date at every opportunity, going above and beyond to offer solutions to problems that were nothing to do with DY! She even contacted me when we were having issues with our mortgage company just for a chat as she knew how stressed I was! The unpaid therapy has been incredible! FacebookI recently used Duncan yeardley to let my flat Originally I contacted Mandy who was very personable and explained the current market and my options of selling and letting, I decided to let my property and was put in touch with Jessica who went above and beyond to find me the right tenant and we agreed on a realistic monthly rental which was achieved. The property went live on a Monday and was let by the Wednesday, 3 viewing 3 full price offers Jess has explained everything so clearly and I would definitely recommend using Duncan yeardley for both sales and letting they were fantastic and very reasonable/competitive with their rates etc and the staff are very happy and knowledgable of the local market Thank you Mandy and Jess

FacebookI can honestly not recommend Duncan Yeardley enough. This is the 2nd time we have used them over the years and as before the team was super friendly and patient but i have to say having Gina who is the sales progressor this time to deal with throughout has been amazing. Gina is so patient, friendly and fantastic she is worth her weight on gold! She has put up with my constant chasing and calmed me down on a number of occasions. I honestly don't know what I would have done without her. We have now managed to exchange on our dream house and i can't be more thankful for all that Gina has done for us. Lee was brilliant when showing us around the property and answering various questions promptly, prior to and after purchase! Gina kept me sane during the rollercoaster experience of buying a house! FacebookWe purchased our home through Duncan Yeardley and were so impressed by their personal and professional service, we didn’t hesitate instructing them ten years on to sell our home. Our calls were always answered and we always dealt with Judy and Tom who were so very helpful and always had time for our calls. There was no being passed around a call centre as with other Agents. Once the sale had been agreed, COVID-19 and lockdown happened, all lines of communication were set up remotely and Gina, our Sales Progression contact, metaphorically held our hand and as best she could regularly reassured us. Due to solicitors having massive workloads due to the Stamp Duty holiday, the legal process progressed slower than expected. Gina was always on hand updating us quite often out of business hours. This young lady has been our comfort blanket going above and beyond. I suspect we only made it to exchange of Contracts because of Gina’s hard work. If I could, I would give 10 stars! FacebookFollowing two purchases falling through as a FTB, I contacted Duncan Yeardley to organise a short term tenancy while I reassessed my options. From the initial viewing to signing the tenancy agreement, Pamela & Jessica finalised this in 6 working days! The short turnaround time & 6 month break clause were both particularly important factors to me due to my circumstances, Pamela & Jessica delivered on both these points. Despite being exceptionally busier than usual, both were on hand to answer all my extra queries throughout the process. Duncan Yeardley have been fantastic right from our first meeting with Marney. We started our house selling journey with Purple bricks but had nothing but issues. Since switching over to Duncan Yeardley every stage of the process has been smooth and efficient. They had our house listed and sold within 4 weeks. Wiktoria and other members of the team negotiated the sale of our property smoothly and stress free. Every member of the team that has been involved in the process has been fantastic.
