Established in 1987, we are Bracknell’s most established estate agent helping homeowners, landlords, buyers and tenants in the Ascot and Bracknell areas. Owner Nick Thring took over the business in 2012. Never standing still, we soon expanded to provide a full suite of letting services too with Helen, Nick’s sister, and Charlotte, Nick’s wife at the helm. A real family affair! From a team of just two, the company has grown significantly in recent years to boast a superb team of local property experts. And, we’re not stopping there. In 2021 we expanded and now have an office in Ascot to help even more people with their home moves. We can strongly say our foundation for being local experts is solid. We’re local residents who play an active part in the community and our children go to local schools. Several long-standing team members have been part of our story for many years and we always encourage progression, development and training so our people are the best they can be. With our great culture and work ethic, we always put our customers at the heart of what we do. We’re lucky to have people who are genuinely passionate about property, and we’re often complimented for going the extra mile. We hope to do that for you too!

Our experience selling our father’s property with Duncan Yeardley was exceptional from start to finish. Tom Major managed to initiate the buyer process even before the house was officially listed, leading to a smooth 3-month completion. Tom was incredibly thorough, ensuring every piece of paperwork was explained, and no question went unanswered. We cannot recommend Tom and the team highly enough.

I’m a bit late writing this review, but in a way that’s a good thing, it’s given me time to reflect. We moved house in December 2024 and used the Bracknell office of Duncan Yeardley. Before this, we’d had a house purchase fall through with a large estate agent who treated us very badly as buyers, so badly that we ended up receiving compensation. That whole experience left us with a really negative view of estate agents in general: faceless, no empathy, very cutthroat. Then we came across a property listed with Duncan Yeardley and met Callum White, the branch manager, who showed us around. He was professional, empathetic, and genuinely took the time to understand our situation. Even though he was working for the seller (as estate agents do), there was a real sense of balance in how he handled things, it wasn’t just about the transaction. That approach made a huge difference to us after our previous experience. Throughout the process, Callum and the Duncan Yeardley team kept us updated. Communication was sharp and clear, everything was handled smoothly, and the sale went through quickly with everyone happy. They were easy to deal with from start to finish, and it really showed that they cared about doing the job well. If I were to move again, I would absolutely use Duncan Yeardley to sell my property. A huge thank you to Callum White and his team, you were exceptional all the way through. I’ve dealt with a few estate agents over the years, and these guys are different. Well done, and thank you!

I'd like to say that so far, I am really impressed by the team at Duncan Yeardley. Ashleigh came to value my property, and right from the off, I felt she was friendly, approachable and professional. I love the idea that as a customer you can contact the guys at any time via WhatsApp, no query was too much trouble, and responded to quickly. I also particularly like that there is always an update every step of the way, so you knew what was happening at every stage. A very big thank you to Ashleigh, Judy and the team, and keep up the good work. I would highly recommend.

We have Landlorded a property, with first Beverley Williams and latterly DY for over a decade, always had the best of service, mainly through Michelle, organisational skills, initiative and follow up always very good as well as her relationship with tenants. When the time came to sell, we engaged Bradley, who valued and guided us through the next steps. The Sunninghill team were great including Odelle and Jensen. Viewings and bookings use digital platforms, along with feedback after every visit. Luckily we found a buyer and then Karen, with many years of experience in managing the sales process as a project, making sure processes with solicitors and others kept the sales cycle in view and moving forward, giving us feedback via phone calls, emails and WhatsApp. As we know the process of a sale/purchase of any property can be torturous, but the whole team at DY, work really well together and at the end of the day any client just wants to know the status of the sale, this they demonstrated and did well. We would recommend them.

I had a fantastic experience using with Duncan Yeardley to sell my properties. Marney and the entire team were amazing at swiftly getting my properties listed. They started conducting viewings within days and closed a fantastic deal with separate buyers just a couple weeks later - just a couple days apart! Marney came round to do a valuation. The next day she called as one of her colleagues had customers that were looking for a house like ours. They came round and viewed it and made an offer on the same day. Fantastic outcome as we have not had to have loads of people coming round to view. We also have a pond with large fish in it that the buyers did not want so Marney put us in touch with a man who is going to take them all.

I can’t say enough how pleased I am with Duncan Yeardley. I have used many estate agents over the years and none have come close to the service I have received from all at the Sunninghill branch. It has been a rocky road with many issues to overcome, and Duncan Yeardley could not have been more helpful, going above and beyond in every way. Sam, Jenny, Rob and the whole team have all been excellent, but I would like to give a special mention to Adele who has held my hand right from the start, always there with help, advice, innovative ideas, a great problem solver, a great people person, always managing to overcome any obstacles along the way. GoogleHaving decided to sell the property that had been our home for 23 years, it was always going to be an emotive process. We are grateful that Bradley never put any pressure on us, always letting us take things at our own pace. Once our property was on the market, Bradley, Adele and Jack looked after us with professionalism, efficiency and good humour. After just two viewings, we had an offer, which we accepted! We still have a long process to negotiate, but with the support of DY, we feel confident that it will be as pain free as house moving can be!

Local and great!. From the first meeting (with Lee), through the sale process and the ups and downs, that inevitably happened, Callum, Judy, Charlotte and Jenny were professional, proactive, responsive and above all made me feel as if they cared. (Not what I expected ). I would recommend Duncan Yeardley whole heartedly - a fantastic (unexpected), honest and trustworthy firm. Things got off to a great start with Duncan Yeardley selling our property with several viewings, early offers and even a bidding war. To say there was a bit of a lull whilst the conveyancing progressed would be a understatement. I have to admit DY did say it would take 20 weeks and they weren't wrong. I have no idea how it can take so long, it was much quicker when we only had pen, paper and good old fashioned snail mail!! As each week passed it became more and more frustrating, pehaps a little exacerbated by some staff shortages? There was, however, some light towards the end of the tunnel, in the form of J, the newly recruited Transaction Support member of staff, who hit the floor running, calmed the savage beast (me!) and pushed our rating upto a solid 5 star. She was brilliant!! We had J's direct line, no more pressing 1 for sales, she was responsive and proactive, no more I'll get somebody to call you back, J told me she would call me back and when! She was brilliant, the frustrations of the whole experience, are already a distant memory and I would happily recommend Duncan Yeardley to anyone looking to sell their property in Bracknell and the surrounding areas.
