They’re an organised criminal gang…

They’re an organised criminal gang don’t trust them. Unfortunately I’m stuck with them now for at least till February till the lease runs out. They’re absolutely ruthless. There is disgusting toxic mould growing and spreading in the bathroom and it’s been making it difficult for me to breathe properly I’ve been dizzy, throwing up and it’s triggered a double ear infection from the spores. I remember at the viewing I asked about the black stuff in the bathroom the person who was showing me round clearly knew about it and was playing dumb ‘not sure really’. It was too high up for me to bother looking but I did get a sense something wasn’t right it did not look right. Turns out it was toxic mould also got told all issues would be fixed before I moved in. It’s still there spreading it’s nasty spores. The staff at Michael jones have been group gaslighting me which is of course illegal. Also they were laughing at me on the phone namely Claire. She found it hilarious when I told her how an ambulance had to come take me to Worthing hospital the other day I was pale throwing up shaking and being sick I’ve recorded videos of it as proof at the time. She found it FUNNY THAT HAPPENING BECAUSE OF THE MOULD THEN THEY GASLIGHTED ME SAYING ITS MY FAULT THE MOULD IS THERE WHEN IT WAS PRESENT BEFORE I EVEN MOVED IN AND GOT TOLD BY THE WOMAN AT RHE TIME OF IT IS MOULD THEYLL REMOVE IT BEFORE I MOVE IN. Liars I’ve found out the landlord can go to prison for 6 months for neglected a tenant like this and leaving toxic mould there. I’ll be pressing charges. Also for the agency for blaming it on me knowing it was there before I moved in. Also to create toxic mould like that would take months even years of me having the windows closed 24/7 drying clothes 24/7 and having hot showers all day and night to create enough condensation to cause mould to grow like that but I would NEVER DO THAT I’ve had the windows open 24/7 since I got here (even when it’s freezing cold just so I can get oxygen into my lungs due to the spores) one medium warm shower for 5 minutes a day and I don’t even do my washing in the house I do the washing and drying at a laundrette. Claire is the worst of the three girls that gaslighted me although Stephanie is a piece of work herself. Essentially all three of them worked in an organised way to gaslight me and intimidate me into submitting myself to inhale these spores and slowly die. Actually my health is awful right now due to the spores. I even said I’d contact the police as it’s illegal deliberately gaslighting me knowing the mould was there beforehand this entire time. My guess is they’ve planned this they’ve likely seen my weird name and decided to not fix any of the issues in the house including the mould because I’m obviously half Irish. Either that or whoever showed me round the house at the viewing told them I was a pushover or ‘nice guy’ and they decided I was the perfect person to abuse. They’ve done nothing about the toxic mould and made me spend an entire weekend with it this mould was there at the viewing it’s a scructural issues and the landlords fault and I’m sending all these nasty staff to prison because their deliberately trying to kill me making me live with it knowing I went a and E the other day on two courses of antibiotics and Claire found it ‘funny’. Landlord could easily afford to get rid of the mould. Here’s the kicker. They also tried to get me to spread the spores around by trying to get me to clean it with bleach and rubbing it that spreads the spores EVERYWHERE AND IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS ONLY A PROFESSIONAL CAN DO IT. Luckily I didn’t follow their advice designed to harm me. They will have to fix this or else face prison time sick of agencies and landlords like this abusing their power and hurting people like this just because they think they can. Don’t trust them those three girls are a horrible bunch. They enjoy being bad people and will gaslight you into oblivion they tried to make me spread the spores round and laughed that it’s made me ill. I hate even having to email them makes my stomach turn. Just as a warning, Stephanie Lucy and Claire are all abusers and if you know them stay well away their dangerous. They gaslight as casually as breathing even though gaslighting is illegal.

I've never had such lovely and informative service than from this estate agent. Me and two others were looking for and were interested in a flat in Lancing. Through the Worthing office we were looked after by Brad who was a delight! He explained guarantor needs and HMO licenses in West Sussex and everything else we needed to know very clearly and told us things we previously had no clue about! He was also just so lovely, very cheery and helpful - We ended up not being chosen by the landlord but these agents have shown themselves to be helpful, kind, understanding and clear in everything they do and I fully believe their tenants are in safe hands :D

Fantastic service from Lucy and Bradley and the rental team at Michael Jones & Co

Lucy and Bradley recently acted for me in the rental of my flat in Worthing, and they are also acting as managing agent for the rental too. They have provided an amazing, professional service. The property has been let in less than 1 week at a higher yield than I was expecting. At least 12 people were booked in to view the property on the day and I believe they were inundated with offers. Michael Jones provided a very professional service from initial appraisal to sale. The asking price suggested proved to be spot on, I was looking for a reasonably quick sale but obviously wanted the best possible offer. The marketing media was excellent and presented the property in the best possible light. We had several viewings in the first two weeks one of which was a cash buyer. Others had already booked in for a second viewing. Having accepted an offer, my case was then passed on to a dedicated contact who kept the whole legal process on track through regular contact with both solicitors and myself through to completion.
