She always replies promptly and politely, she is fast acting with any problem that has ever occurred. I cant say enough about the fabulous service i have received from Michael Jones Goring.All the staff were always helpful and informed. Tina, George, Louis and Paul, but in particular Darren Belchamber, the branch manager, who helped me through a very long, protracted, difficult sale and was always at the end of the phone to talk things through and calm my fears.

We had a tricky purchase in 2022 which took over a year from accepted offer to completion. Despite the frustrating situation we felt that Micheal Jones office in Rustington very easy to deal with throughout. We mainly dealt with Emily. She is very friendly whilst maintaining very high levels of professionalism and empathy as well as brilliant communication. Thanks.

The whole process of selling a house, especially when it isn't your own, is stressful to say the least. Oliver and James were really professional and informative and even when things weren't as straightforward as I hoped James guided me through it and nothing was too much trouble. Ella Glazebrook handled our tenancy renewal. Everything was very smooth and efficient. I appreciate using Good Lord for electronic signing is very convenient, but I would rather not have multiple requests to sign up for various insurances and schemes throughout the process. It could definitely confuse people and it would be very easy to accidentally sign up for something.Other than that, happy with everything.

To whom it may concern.I am looking to relocate to live near my family and grandchildren who live in Shoreham.I enquired regarding Ham Road Shoreham and Darcy Hutchby arranged a viewing.She was extremely helpful,professional and made time to give me a detailed description of the property.On meeting her at the property she was punctual and gave me all the information I needed and even took time to assist me regarding my application.Unfortunately because of the parking situation I reluctantly did not go forward with an offer.I am meeting her again at another property on Tuesday 29th for a viewing.She was a pleasure to deal with and having employed many staff over the years I can say without reservation she is an asset to your companyKR Victor Pinney

During my tenancy there was a full month when I had to endure water pouring through my bedroom ceiling and the landing ceiling every time it rained. No reduction was offered on rent, in fact the rent was raised.Following the leaks, mould spread through the living room and bedroom of the property as a result, and the agents and landlady made it clear that they expected us as tenants to clean the mould. The kitchen had cockroaches and I was told by a team member at Michael Jones in Worthing: "in terms of the cockroaches it is a tenant’s responsibility to eradicate pests"

As your tenancy has ended, our relationship with the landlady has also concluded, and we no longer manage or have any authority over matters related to this property.We recognize that some of these experiences were difficult, and we appreciate your feedback. While our duties were limited to the landlady’s directives, we regret any frustration these circumstances may have caused during your tenancy.

GoogleI would advise against using this estate agency. They displayed a complete lack of honesty and integrity in placing a listing back on the market despite an offer already being accepted on the property with the sole purpose to lead new buyers on to ‘speed up’ the original buyers. They allowed fresh buyers to pay for surveys and solicitor fees for a property that they never had a chance of completing on; the property was taken off the market the same day a stalled survey was to be undertaken. In fact the original buyers had completed and moved in that day, either they know a very efficient same day removal company who just happened to be driving by or this deal had been completed quite some time ago; the leaving the opportunity to operate with a shred of honesty and let the new buyers know. They lied about the situation of the vendor, who had already bought their new property and was not in the ‘dire financial’ situation painted to the led on buyers. Buying and selling property is one of the more stressful and tense experiences you can go through and I would highly recommend avoiding this estate agency as they display zero professionalism and you would be a fool to trust a single thing they say to you.

GoogleDecided to utilise their valuation week. Filled in all my details, used the drop down calendar to select a day and time, made sure I’d included my phone number as I assumed they would call to confirm. Received an email late the following day asking if I was interested in booking an appointment, I replied saying I was under the impression I had already booked one and was just awaiting confirmation via the phone. Never heard from them again. They obviously don’t need the business.

Michael Jones are always very efficient at responding to enquires and following up .My recent tenancy renewal was dealt with by Ellie Martin who gave me very helpful information and liaised with my tenant, for us to arrive at a decision to suit us both, and the communication was friendly and professional.
