Kitchen refurbishment in our tenanted flat

Rob Steward handled the refurbishment of the kitchen in our tenanted flat to the satisfaction of ourselves the owners and the tenant. There were a few glitches and delays along the way due to unavoidable issues for the contractor. Rob handled the situation and kept us all informed and up to date at all times. Superb, throughout our move process

Throughout our move process, Michael Jones were excellent. Most of our dealings were with Richard Heppenstall, who was very attentive and communicated at every stage - both with us, and with our buyers. The process was quite protracted due to circumstances further up the chain, but Richard kept everything on track and was very helpful in pushing both our sale and our purchase over the line. The Best Estate Agent We’ve Made a Purchase Through

My wife and I will shortly be completing on a move to a property sold through Michael Jones. From my first call to book a viewing right through to exchange of contracts, the team there have been helpful and facilitative. Some agents can be overprotective of sellers to the detriment of a smooth sale process but I found MJ to be transparent and open in everything they did.We’ve moved house 5 times and this was by far the best experience we have had with a selling agent. Look no further! I fully recommend the Michael Jones Estate Agents and in particular Richard Heppenstall who works from the Rustington office. Richard managed the sale of an empty property in Rustington for us including acting as "local key holder" as we live in North West England. No issue was too difficult for Richard and his knowledge of local property prices and contractors was of great value to us.

Paul and his colleagues are ultra professional. The entire process has been exhausting due, I hasten to add, to a perfect storm of poor conveyancing solicitors involved in the sale of my property. Whilst I and my buyer couldn't get much or any information from our solicitors, Paul had huge success getting through to them. A long and stressful process was made more tolerable by Paul. Without him I doubt the eventual purchase off my Worthing flat would have happened.

Excellent, professional service in selling a property

We received excellent service in selling my sister's home in Worthing. Sadly she had to move into residential care so the property was vacant. Michael Jones arranged a large number of viewings and were able to give good advice as to which potential purchasers were worth pursuing. The legal sale process took some time and they were very effective at pursuing the exchange of contracts so that the sale cold be completed. Special thanks go to James Ryan who negotiated the sale and Jane Tomlinson who pursued progress to ensure the sale went through.
