Mark is professional and very experienced but also super friendly and down to earth. He was always available for contact by phone and email, sending regular updates and he was reassuring and supportive whenever our nerves got too fraught from the endless delays and uncertainties! It wasn't an easy process for us with numerous delays lower down the chain and sometimes it became particularly frustrating, but throughout all of that, mark was the one that kept things calm, measured and achievable. We chose Michael Jones because of their excellent reputation in selling houses in the area of Goring. We were not disappointed as from our very first contact through to completion, the level of service we received was exemplary. We mainly dealt with Darren the branch manager who has excellent communication skills and kept us informed with updates throughout the whole process. Joe Hammond has been assisting us with our house purchase of 18 The Martlets. For what has been a painfully long journey for us all, Joe has been nothing short of incredible. He kept us updated constantly, was always on hand to answer our many questions and phone calls over the whole time period. He made us feel like we was his 1st priority. On what hasn’t been the most straight forward time, Joe remained positive and proactive throughout the whole process. He really is a big part of our experience buying a first home and we are very grateful to of had his support and guidance. Because of Joe, our experience with Michael Jones & Co has been incredible. I highly recommend Michael Jones for their professionalism throughout the buying and selling process. Jane Tomlinson, Sales Progressor went above and beyond her remit on the sale of my Mother's property. She was constantly on the phone passing information on to the buyer to speed up the process. Basically, Jane did the job which the solicitors should have done! It was unfortunate that the solicitors took almost 7 months to complete even though it was an empty flat my Mother bought and her buyer was a first time buyer! Much gratitude to all at Michael Jones in Worthing.

Professional and honest. James is a star. Through start to finish he kept us updated on our purchase. We hit a few hiccups on our journey through our process ( My buyers solicitor ) and things become stressful. James stepped in a took the bull by the horns and we moved in September. If it was not for him we would have lost our dream house. He is a credit to his company and very knowledgeable in his profession

I was called on the day of the viewing hours before to confirm if I was still interested, that was very good PR. Your agent arrived exactly at the time slated. Although the house keys were not immediately available, she arrested the situation, made some quick calls and sorted it out. She was patient and answered all my questions. She spoke very professionally and addressed all concerns.

James was an excellent first point of contact and then Lucy worked incredibly hard to find me a suitable tenant and didn't give up - I found her a pleasure to work with, polite, friendly and professional. Lisa then handled all the paper work and was quick and efficient. All in all a great experience, truly a professional team of charming individuals. I would happily use them again and recommend them to others - even the post letting paper work statement was clear and easy to understand.
