GoogleI purchased a property through Glyn-Jones a few years ago and they were very easy to deal with, no pressure or stress and very professional but still approachable. Max and the team now manage the same property and do a fantastic job dealing with any minor issue but more importantly the major one. They make buying and letting a property very easy.

GoogleA huge thank you to Graham Buck and his team for their continued support during our long, traumatic move to Rustington. They went above and beyond the call of duty to support and help us throughout. Many thanks, we would not be here now if you had not been there supporting us. Highly Recommend.

GoogleWe purchased a property through Glyn-Jones and although it was a rollercoaster ride due to people higher up in the chain, Victoria and Graham were fantastic throughout. They kept us updated and informed and they couldn't have done more for us. I would definitely use them again in the future. Professional, friendly and caring.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleMax has been amazing from me viewing the property, to getting it all sorted to move in.... after living in my present property for 13 years, I was worried about having to find somewhere new due to my landlord selling the house. But Max has made this all happen worry free and I'm all set to move into my new home.

GoogleFrom the very first point of contact to date Jade Harris has been exceptional. She is professional, flexible and represents her clients and potential tenants with passion and care. Nothing is too much trouble for Jade and she is absolute delight to work with. Thank you so much for everything Jade and working with us to find our perfect new home!!

GoogleWe used Glyn-Jones to sell our property. We had a few agents that gave us market appraisals but when we met Colette we knew we were going to use Glyn Jones. They sold our property in challenging market conditions and all the way through the sale we were looked after thoroughly by Colette, Graham and Elise - and just as importantly, they really looked after our buyers. Highly recommend Glyn Jones if you are looking to sell in the area!

GoogleNo words of thanks are enough for the care and consideration shown to us by Colette and the team at Glyn-Jones Rustington . What should have been an easy cash purchase developed into a nightmare but the team were with us, helping, advising and supporting until we finally clutched the keys in our hands. Thank you so much. Steve & Trish Downard.

FacebookSo far in a nice 3 bed family home they supposedly “vetted” a couple who could wake a whole street up rowing and trashed the place, then the next tenants they “vetted” turns out to be a young girl and registered sex offender who is now back in jail after breaching his parole terms! Certainly not a company I would ever trust! Making our happy street a nightmare due to complete incompetence!
Dear Stephanie Thank you for your comment, we value all constructive feedback however due to the serious nature of your allegations we would rather not have conducted a dialogue over social media (we have contacted you and spoken about the matter since). As an agent we must be compliant with current GDPR regulations preventing us from disclosing any information specific to a tenant or property. We feel that your assertion that we have been incompetent in this matter is somewhat wide of the mark particularly as you had stated this without initially speaking with us to establish our depth of involvement in the matter. However; we would like to confirm that as a professional local letting agent we have housed thousands of tenants in this area, including many in this vicinity and indeed this road. All of these tenants have been subject to a referencing process that conforms to industry standard practices with the results assessed prior to moving anyone in to a property. We cannot seek to find or disclose any information that is beyond our remit as a letting agent, indeed contrary to common belief information that can be deemed sensitive is often not available to organisations such as ourselves. We will not be commenting any further on this matter as due to it’s serious nature we do not believe this is the correct arena to do so. Finally we will happily converse directly and personally with anyone who has any further concerns whilst adhering to the guidelines regarding sensitive information that are placed upon us.

GoogleMet Ben Glyn-Jones for the first time earlier this year and have spoken to him a number of times in the period since. Ben is evidently a vastly experienced estate agent with a varied knowledge of both the industry and his area. I would happily recommend him to anyone looking to sell their property.

GoogleSo glad that we chose Glyn-Jones estate agents to sell our late parents bungalow. It was quite an emotional journey having to empty the family home. G-J were very professional and easy to talk too, updating us at various stages and mediating between us and the new owner. Nothing was too much trouble and they went the extra mile. Would thoroughly recommend this estate agents.

GoogleProfessional, 100% approachable team, great communication. Our first buyers pulled out, Glyn Jones swiftly re marketed the property, lined up lots of viewings and we sold again very quickly. Throghout the process Graham tirelessly liased with solicitors and estate agents in order to bring our sale to fruition, I am certain without the knowledge, experience and willingness to go the extra mile our sale would not have happened. Thank you Glyn Jones
