GoogleI have recently rented a property however they were very good and professional however we have rented a property managed by the landlord. Shortly after moving we have had windows fall out, boiler break down, broken front and back doors and now a broken garage door. Our landlord wants no contact and my wallet is getting less. We rented a nightmare if they vetted there landlords like there tenants maybe this could be avoided

GoogleWe found our house on Rightmove when we were ready to exchange contracts for it. We purchased 19 Barwick Close in February and had all the contracts ready to exchange. The seller of the property is a time waster, refusing to pay for the Management Pack delaying the Contracts to be signed.

GoogleThere are a lot of nice helpful estate agents but in my experience, Glyn-Jones are probably one of the nicest in West Sussex. The sales team, rentals team and especially the maintenance team are amazing. Polite, knowledgable, attentive and responsive. If someone is looking to purchase, let or rent a property then I would encourage them to make Glyn-Jones their first port of call.

GoogleThis agency con people out of there deposit and never return them they have staff that are very disrespectful and bullying towards their tenants. They never supported me at all and we’re most unhelpful people ever come across when it comes to renting. Clearly are one to be wary of and should be thought twice about.very poor
