GoogleColette, Graham and the team have been simply amazing from valuation to point of sale. Always honest, always proactive, and always on call to help and assist. I couldn’t be more pleased that I chose Glyn Jones to sell our family home. I always felt in safe hands. Without doubt the best experience I have ever had with an estate agents (and I’ve dealt with a few!)

GoogleI have no hesitation in recommending this agency. Every member of the team that I spoke to were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. They provided a first class service to both buyer and seller alike. A special thanks to Graham Buck, the manager who made the process of my house purchase much less stressful. Any query I had was responded to quickly. It’s a shame all other estate agents don’t follow this agents example of good practice.

GoogleWhat truly amazing service from this company, in particular Graham Buck from the start and throughout the sale process. He is friendly, professional and always responded in a timely manner, in fact 100% better in communication than my solicitor! I approached two local agents and Glyn-Jones when they visited were the most knowledgable and ahead of the competiton by a long long way!

GoogleI’ve been dealing with Jade Harris in this store for over a year in my current property and needed to move. She helped find me a place and then helped with everything I needed to do promptly. Always on the end of the phone or email answering any questions I had. Nothing was ever too much and was happy going above and beyond daily. I only wanted to go through this company as they really make life as easy as possible even if obstacles get thrown up. 5* every time. GoogleBest in the business!! A neighbour suggested Glyn-Jones when we decided to sell our house and from start to finish they were brilliant. Having dealt with all members of staff there, they were all very friendly and were responsive to any of our questions. In particular Victoria & Colette dealt with everything perfectly through the pandemic with a lot of viewings in a short space of time keeping us fully informed at all times. I have had dealings with other estate agents in the area and the services provided was nowhere near the level Glyn-Jones provided. No chance I’d ever use anyone else whilst these agents are around. Thanks for everything again.

GoogleWe had a fairly rocky road with selling our home & buying a new property. We had a few let downs along the way with various purchases falling through, buyers losing their buyers, chain-breaks etc. The only good part of the whole process (a year!) was the team at Glyn-Jones. Colette, Victoria and Graham were absolutely excellent; they went above and beyond what we expected from our estate agents and kept us well informed throughout the entirety of our journey. GoogleThe whole of the Rustington team did a great job at selling my property. Particularly Victoria who took care of the sale which ended up being a long long sale due to problems with our ongoing purchase. She regularly spoke with my buyers keeping them informed and happy throughout the whole long process. Graham made us feel comfortable and listened to our view when giving us a market value, Colette was fantastic in making us feel safe whilst taking photos of the house and talking to my toddler. GoogleGreat agency with outstanding service. I’ve purchased my new house through Glyn Jones a couple of months ago. It was a challenging process due to the sale of my old house through another institution. The whole team has handled everything perfectly, professionally and were extremely supportive and super helpful throughout the whole process. GoogleHaving used other local estate & letting agents who had proved unprofessional and delivered poor customer service, it was a pleasure to use Glyn - Jones as both a letting agent and estate agent. Graham was extremely helpful in dealing with challenging circumstances due to Coronavirus but rather than use that as an excuse like other agents, solicitors and retailers have for their lack of competency, Graham never let that become an issue. Instead he was professional, constantly kept in touch with me, would return a call promptly and showed he cared about the outcome. Being in customer service its was refreshing to have someone who was outstanding in the service they provided. Equally Jade from the lettings side of the office was professional, promptly dealt with all the queries, regularly kept in touch to give me and was always upbeat during what must be challenging times for the housing market. GoogleGraham and his team have worked very hard for us on the sale of my late mother’s property, although we had a few restarts with buyers on the way, Graham’s attention to detail and regular contact with us could not be faulted. As we drew nearer an exchange of contracts Graham worked tirelessly to tie any loose ends up in order for the exchange to progress without any hold ups. We definitely recommend Graham and his team at the Rustington branch to any potential sellers.

With the Covid virus this made everything more difficult. Graham sent e-mails to us both to keep us up to date all the way through. GoogleAs my first time buying a house, Graham from the Rustington office has really eased the process. We wouldn’t have found this house if it wasn’t for him sending it through after meeting and getting to know us - although it wasn’t in an area we were initially considering, he knew it would appeal. Despite the process hitting a few legal delays, Graham has been really accommodating and supportive throughout. Very happy with the experience and would certainly use Graham again whether buying or selling.

GoogleWe were selling a property we’d inherited and lived some distance away from and Graham was fantastic. The office held the keys and he, Colette and Victoria liaised with contractors, and recommended local workmen, etc. Graham was our main contact to begin with and he was always available with advice and support. Colette sold the property for us in the end and she kept us updated throughout, remaining professional throughout a difficult chain. I can not recommend them highly enough.
