GoogleHi guys, I’m requesting everyone not to rent property from this agency because after all they are after your money, when you’re about to rent property from them they will say they gonna fix all the maintenance issues, so you trust them and you rent property, after they don’t care about what maintenance needs to be done until your contract is expires, once it’s about to expire they will start to blame you that you didn’t maintain the property. But the fact is their property are already worse before you move in they just pretend they will do something about maintenance but in real they don’t do anything and when your contract is finished they will blame for even small things And after they won’t return your deposit amount. So if you really want to get a property for rent, get it from somewhere else but not from oyster property.

If I could leave 0 start review I would, I was a tenant for 2 years when I was inquiring to let a property I was told rent doesn’t increase much. After being there for 2 years landlord tried increasing rent from 1750 - 2400 absolutely disgusting. 🤢 not only that but the first 3 weeks of moving in we had not got water or heating no apologies or compensation provided. I have now moved out over a month ago and trying to get my deposit back I have provided evidence of the property condition when we moved in but they are insisting I pay over £800 in damages which is due to landlord negligence. Do not trust what oyster properties say to you it’s all lies.

Unsatisfactory experience and what I can only assume is some sort of discrimination that they obviously will not disclose the real reason why we are unable to view the property. We called BEFORE they had the viewing date for a property and was told they would contact us once they had one, which is understandable as the ad had just gone up an hr or so prior to this. You would then think we should of been amongst, if not the first to be contacted. We then follow their booking procedure (via WhatsApp) the following day and was first told we could book a viewing and after giving further details was told, literally 1 min after, its fully booked. I wouldn't mind if they told me the real reason why e.g. if we did not meet requirements or etc but to just be lied to and magically all the slots are booked after being told 1 min before they were not is unacceptable.I spoke with a lady named Joy
