GoogleAppalling service… my family and I went to view a Property in Abbey Grove at 4pm to potentially Buy it, we had the Money and the interest until we met (if we can say meet) the Robert Ellis staff.
The guy who showed the property, came up late, open the door and never introduced himself, never looked at our face and just turn the lights on to the property.
(His behaviour was careless, arrogant and unprofessional) we asked questions and his answers was extremely vague and rude (his voice tone was aggressive, sarcastic and inappropriate way to describe the neighbourhood and the house) due to his lack of communication, respect and skills to customer service (and we can also say the lack of skills to persuade the buyer) we did not ask further questions.
Furthermore his only communication was to “hurry up because is getting dark now“ due to his prompt reaction to leave early we saw the property in 5 mins and we left without any further interest of buying the property…
The guy (with an Asian Chinese features)I am describing it that way because he did not introduce himself by his name did not greet or say goodbye, just shut the door on our way out.
Unfortunately I cannot leave 0 stars in this review. Because you don’t deserve the 1 star.
