From the outset Lauren was friendly and professional and her demeanour gave us confidence in her abilities.
As our sale progressed, Lauren continued to be professional and efficient and with other colleagues was always on hand to deal with any queries.
Sandra was wonderful at negotiating our sale and keeping us fully informed at every stage. Including having a very understanding and considerate manner when things didn't go to plan.
Eventually our sale completed and the friendly nature of the staff continued.

Sandra was brilliant both when we were putting an offer in on our new home but also negotiating a good deal on our own property.
