I was not happy with the service I got after I payed a deposit and a month's rent I was told I needed a guarantor at the last minute which I wasn't happy about as I was told everything was ok and ready for me to move in but it wasn't so I keep ringing and ringing asking for my money back it taken 7days to get it back I shell not be using this place again 🤬🤬🤬

Finding a home seams quite easy in nowadays, but actually getting the property and dealing with all the paperwork can be a very slow and time-consuming process. I dealt with "Dontae" in regards to a rental property, and he did a great job conveying to me all the steps to completing and acquiring the property by the end. There are still a few thing to be resolve but I am actually really happy with the services so far!

I've recently secured an apartment through Leaders and I am beyond happy with their service. This is my first time renting through them. Everyone has been so friendly and honest, and I recieved immediate help when I was confused about some application steps through their portal. I've recieved daily communication as things are set up. I feel secure with Leaders and know I can approach any of the team for anything I need.

Theo picked up the enquiry about properties for a mix of students and professionals, quickly and efficiently. He was pleasant, courteous and willing. He and others in the team, managed to get the rental sorted and so far, things are going ok. I will give 5 stars to Leaders, if their 'after sales' service is as good as it needs to be. There's an issue with a leak, so hopefully the property management side will shine too.

DO NOT GO WITH THESE AGENTS. I am so happy I have moved elsewhere, the 6 months with leaders as my letting agents were awful. Emails and calls ignored constantly, problems with the flat were never fixed and now they have been ignoring my emails and have been holding onto my deposit for over a month for no reason at all!! All they cause is stress.
