5 Stars from us! I cannot put into words how fantastic Holden Copley Long Eaton have been during the process of selling our house. From the initial meeting through to the end of the process they really have been fantastic. I would like to highlight for us, the communication has been fantastic. Every email answered within hours, phone calls are always picked up. I can't thank Josie at Holden Copley enough - she is an absolute rockstar and a credit to the company!It's the first time I've ever sold a house and having to do it alone was initially very daunting but the Holden team have been amazing from the point of valuation, photographs and marketing to the viewing agents and especially the sales progression by Josie, I've felt supported and heard by her throughout; she's kept me informed regularly and has gone above and beyond to find out information that even my solicitor hasn't. It's been a very long and stressful (and still ongoing) process (not in any way because of Holden), but Josie has been absolutely brilliant and I honestly think I would have lost hope a while ago had it not been for her support and hard work to keep the momentum. The fact that she's also been helping other sellers and buyers at the same time as me blows my mind because of how efficient she is. Needless to say I strongly recommend Holden Copley and if you are a first-time seller, fret not, you will absolutely be taken care of.

Amazing!

I am particularly impressed with the Arnold branch. George did the valuation and we agreed on a price. Unfortunately it was seen to be a little high with no interest in the first 2 weeks! I then received a call from Lydia to discuss changing to a guide price which we did. After that I received several viewings and within a further 2 weeks had received an offer which I have accepted. Once the offer was agreed I have been kept informed on the buyers situation and that all the necessary paperwork was now received.
