Melissa, what an absolute admin queen. Holden Copley, did almost all of our potential house buying viewings. They were adaptive to both my partner and I working shifts and did all they could to make everything work for us! When we found the house we loved, they supported us through the whole process. Lauren was the saving grace in our experience

Wouldn’t recommend, poor viewings- people putting in offers without mortgage in principals in place, massively out of their budget, wanting a garage and we don’t have one, wanting a 2 bed when we have a 4 bed. Just very poor quality. The shining light for them was Lauren Richardson the photographer who came to do our pictures. She took great pictures to really showcase our home, she gave her expert opinion on styling the rooms and used her knowledge to remove things from shot to make the rooms look brighter and more appealing to more people. Thank you Lauren.

So far not so good. Failed negotiations. Poor advice. Dire communication. Still haven't sold our property after multiple failed viewings. A young couple turned up to view, we were unaware as no one from the office had bothered to either check it was suitable for them to view or message/email us. Nearly a month and no interest or viewings. No one at Holden Copley is interested or bothered it seems. Very little work for a chunk of commission.Not recommended! * 19 viewings which half of didn't even turn up to view and 4 non proceedable offers which weren't even negotiated!
