Selling our house through holden copley and so far the service we have received has been absolutely brilliant! From the valuation to the pictures to getting it online the staff have been amazing and so accommodating - we had put an offer on a house before ours was officially up and they re scheduled so that we could get it online quicker. Big thanks to Lydia who we have been liaising with, she is fast efficient and even on her day off from work went out of her way to make sure that we were kept in the loop, there’s not many estate agents that do that, and we’ve been so grateful to have lydia! There’s a reason why you see so many Holden Copley signs everywhere in Nottingham because they’re the best. We were recommended them from friends who sold and bought a house through them and I’m so glad we took on their recommendation because so far it’s all been really stress free!

Highly recommend Chloe Thorne-Miles from the Holden Copley Arnold branch. Chloe has been letting and re-letting our property over the last few years. Each time we contact her, she is super quick to respond and always gives us a thorough update. The property is always advertised within 24-48hours and the process is very smooth. Lexy at the Arnold Holden Copley has been an absolute superstar. She is always quick to return phone calls or emails, she will always keep you informed of any changes or visits well ahead of time and just generally a pleasure to communicate with. Her honesty and transparency shines through and you can put your trust in her and know she has your best interest at heart. I have left Holden Copley since moving out but I would recommend Lexy very highly to deal with your rental property.

I have been so impressed by all the work the Holden Copley team have put into selling our house- everyone at the Mapperley office have been so helpful. From the get go they have done everything to ensure our house was shown in the best light and the photography was brilliant. I've been particularly grateful for Holden Copley having a sales progressor- all estate agencies should have them but amazingly they don't. We are so appreciative of all Josie's support and communication as our sale and purchase have progressed. Sometimes things get lost in translation through solicitors but Josie has been there to ensure all our questions are answered and communicate with our buyers and vendors when we have any questions. She always gets back to me quickly which means a lot in such a stressful process. I have really appreciated her help throughout the last two months, she has helped make it more personal and a lot less stressful! I wouldn't recommend selling your house with anyone else!

Outstanding service

Outstanding service from Holden Copley as they made selling our home seamless and very swift. We had our house listed with HC and another agency and we never doubted HC's ability to secure a faster sale. Every member of the team that we dealt with was extremely polite and professional, so much so that we loved nipping in to the office for quick chats as we were passing by - the ladies in the office are always so welcoming! A special mention to Liberty, Amy and Bethan for overseeing the sale, all very quick to respond, gave transparency throughout the process and supported answering the many questions we had over the course of the couple months! Likewise to Lizzie for her fantastic photography ability and skills in really showcasing our house to look its best. My house move turned out to be quite a journey, but all of the team at Holden Copley were really helpful throughout the whole process. Laura in particular, went out of her way on more than one occasion to keep things on track and make the deal work for all parties.I also had several viewings with Baileigh, during my property search. To be clear I wouldn’t have recommend Holden Copley at the beginning as there was lots of misinformation and miscommunication, and we were quite annoyed, But Karen Eccles a “sales progression agent” was appointed to us when the sale was going through, and she was fantastic! She kept us in the loop every week and did all the chasing of solicitors and communicated with the buyer, and we felt at ease that she was sorting everything out. Holden & Copley were excellent throughout the sale of my property. Great staff that answer queries straight away, super communication and very helpful. They use the latest technology to show your property in the best way. From the start, Jordan excelled at the valuation stage, great knowledge of the local property market and contacts, sales progression Lianna did a great job, pro active and liaising with the other parties involved to progress the sale. All in all it was just under four months to complete. I would use them again in any future property transaction. Great service.

We recently sold and bought a property through HoldenCopley. The sale happened in October 2022 and it took us over a year to finally find a property to purchase. Throughout the process Lianna Vocaturo kept us updated with the chain and when we did find an initial property in the summer of 2023, she worked with us and the solicitors to inform the chain. That property fell through and Lianna did an amazing job reassuring our buyer. I'm surprised she kept her cool with the amount of time it took us to find a property! When we did. HoldenCopley negotiated a great price for us and kept us informed throughout. We would use them again, but let us enjoy our new property for a while!

My interests were entirely secondary as demonstrated by their actions. They marketed our property on their website and Rightmove and we had several viewings booked within the first few days! I've used a number of different agents over the years to let my rental property and have had from mediocre to bad service. I'm so glad I chose Holden Copley on this occasion and always will do in the future. They were professional, responsive, on top of all the details and reminded me when I needed to do something (in contrast to other agents whom I have had to chase). They let the property very quickly by setting a fair valuation: From going on the market on Thursday, I had 6 viewings on Saturday, resulting in 3 applications. Every single member of staff with whom I dealt was fantastic but I want to mention in particular Luke, Lili, Jamie and Chloe. Meeting Luke persuaded me to go with Holden Copley and his management of the process was great. Lili put all the stops out to get the property advertised quickly including juggling the diary to get photographs taken. I particularly appreciated that Jamie, who accompanied viewings, provided feedback on prospective tenants which really helped with the decision. Finally, Chloe, who handled the detail of the tenancy applications managed the whole process wonderfully so that it was smooth for both me and the tenants. I can't thank all of you enough. I look forward to using your services again in the future.

All of the staff members we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. The referencing process was also very straightforward and quick. Holden Copley were incredible with the sale of our house. After a bad experience at a different estate agent we were so nervous about putting the house on the market again. We worked closely with a property specialist who was friendly, accessible and put our needs first. From start to finish the experience was fantastic. From the high quality photos, to the viewings being booked and working around our arrangements to communicating with us weekly with updates and answering all of our questions. We’d especially like to highlight Lydia. Lydia was amazing and always available for us to answer our questions.
