Holden and Copley were great in helping us to buy our first home.Leah was very helpful in agreeing a grace period for us with the sellers. We requested numerous viewings in the run up to purchase and this was no trouble for the team. Adam was always really friendly on viewings and accommodating. Lianna our sales progressor was brilliant in keeping us up to date on all matters and chasing our sellers. Brilliant firm and we will defo consider using them if we ever sell!

GoogleWanted to share our experience with Holden & Copley as estate agents acting on the recent sale of our property. They have been extremely professional. The property was not initially in a great condition; however, they were able to take reasonable photos in order to advertise the property whilst remedial work was undertaken. This generated quite a large amount of interest resulting in a several viewings; one slight negative at this point; perhaps some of the viewers were not in a ready state to purchase, so perhaps a little more vetting of viewers would have helped. That said, we would like to say how impressed we were with Rebekah Harriman, we were unable to accept initial offers, but she understood our situation and preserved with both purchaser and us until a mutually acceptable offer was received - she deserves a sainthood as this is not an easy task. We would also like to thank Georgina Argyle who liaised between purchaser, vendor (us), and solicitors on both side of the fence; at times it become quite fraught for all parties, but she too was quite tenacious and helped us to reach the end goal. We would have no hesitation in recommending Holden & Copley to our friends and family. Thanks also to Darbi, Maria, Amy the list goes on - Thank you everyone.

GoogleRecently sold an estate property through Holdens (Bridgford). They were very responsive to my initial approach to them (10 minutes to get a response to my email), unlike some other local agents who couldn't be bothered or were like jumped up second-hand car salespersons. I figure that if an estate agent doesn't respond immediately to me, then what will they be like responding to a potential buyer. Very professional marketing package, and competitive on the price. Melissa was a gem - the buyers agents and solicitors were useless. Melissa chased them at least a couple of times a week for updates and to gee them along. Eventually, after discussing with Holdens I put the house back on to the market due to the delays, which certainly got the buyers attention and completed 7 days later. They certainly earnt their money! I'm looking to sell another property soon and Holdens will be at the top of the list for Agents that I look to instruct.

GoogleIts has been near impossible to get through to anyone at Holden Copley over the past three months. Around the end of December we started the process of trying to buy a house. In that time, we have never once managed to speak to a single person at Holden Copley. We have never gotten a reply. We have never gotten anything other than automated responses. Yet they have replied to this review within 24 hours as it is public facing.

GoogleI want to thank Holden Copley for having the patience of a saint! From Josie who negotiated to Sophie who was our sales progressor and the girls on the front desks who I asked many questions to!! We have just bought our retirement bungalow and as it was 20 years since we had last moved a LOT had changed . It was very stressful but we have finally completed and once renovations are complete we will look forward to many happy years in it. THANK YOU EVERYONE.
