Although our move hasn’t been successful yet the West Bridgford team is very efficient and friendly in response and advice. My experience viewing the properties with Josh S has been great. I also met Lauren, the photographer, who was very pleasant and helpful. In progressing the sale I have had dealings with sadie, Lydia and more recently with Sheryl. Just completed the sale of our house with Holden Copley. Took 13 months (through no fault of theirs), but throughout this long process we were always kept well informed and whichever of the many staff we had communications with over this time we were always dealt with in a very professional manner. It's not hard to see why they appear to have the majority of the 'for sale' boards around the area. Would certainly use them again (but hopefully not too soon !) :-)

Lottie and the rest of the team in the Arnold office have provided a amazing service in both the sale of my house and with purchasing our new one. Excellent communication right from the outset, keeping me up to date with every stage of the process and prompt responses to my numerous emails! Such lovely photos taken of the house and the 3d tour is amazing - it definitely helped us have a really good virtual viewing of the house we're going to buy before actually going to visit. The added bonus is that we can keep taking a look at the new house without having to go in person! Our house was on the market for less than a week before it had sold and Holden Copley handled all of the visits for us which we really appreciated. The process is going so much smoother than when we last brought a house. Would absolutely recommend.

Excellent service. After moving from another estate agent who we had been with for 4 weeks with no offers made, HoldenCopley sold our house within 2 weeks of them taking our property on. I want to say a special thank you to the young lady photographer, unfortunately I cannot remember her name, as she has been brilliant. The photographs she did were of a lot better standard to the previous agent's and she also did our open day and was extremely professional and brilliant with the potential buyers. Generally the communication with the agent has been great with regular updates and they were also quick to get the file sale board up outside the house (another thing the previous agent took a long time to get done). Overall I would thoroughly recommend them as an agent. Thank you for all your work!

Me and my partner recently sold and purchased a property with Holden Copley. We couldn’t recommend them enough, it’s really no wonder they have won best Estate agent awards. They have been fantastic at communicating in every aspect of the sale and purchase and have consistently had a no problem approach and dealt with any queries and concerns in a timely manner. All the staff that we have had contact with have treated us so well and made it clear they really value their customers and will go out of their way to do anything possible to help.
