GoogleI rented a property from HoldenCopley for six months when I unexpectedly had to move out of my own property. They were friendly, efficient and fair throughout this process and kept me informed every step of the way. Lauren De'ath made a stressful time much easier. Viewings were conducted in a professional manner and they were extremely efficient. I would definitely recommend them. A big thank you to all of the team. A very happy tenant

FacebookTotally unprofessional in my opinion!! Had a house valued yesterday. We decided to use another agent and out of courtesy, we called to inform them that we would not be going with Holden Copley. I was put on hold after a member of staff told me we would get a better experience blah blah and a manager came on the call lowering her fee, going on and on so again told them we would not be using them and that it's going on the market on Friday with one of the others. Today I get a call from the valuer again trying to get us to go on the market with them. Completely disgusted with how they act, can they not take someone going with another agent. Shocking!!!! Would never recommend them to anyone!.

From finding the tenant to moving in, we were kept up to date by Lili and Elliott, in particular. The turnaround from signing the contract to tenants moving in were 2 weeks and we couldn't have asked for more. Now let's hope that the tenants will be happy in their new home!

GoogleHaving struggled to sell our property with a well known estate agent, Holden Copley sold ours within a few weeks. We also purchased our new home through Holden Copley which was a really long, hard struggle through no fault of the agents, but we were kept well informed along the way with staff going well above and beyond to make sure we got there in the end. Cannot recommend Holden Copley enough!

GoogleI have to say Holden Copley have restored my faith in Estate Agents.. I’ve now sold property with most of the main agents out there I think they send there best person to sign you up and it’s then all downhill from there wanting to reduce the price to get a quick sale! Not Holden and Copley from day 1 they asign you a handler in my case Sheryl Parker what a diamond she is, Sheryl chased explained investigated anything to do with the sale she kept me better informed that the solicitor. GoogleOur experience of moving house has, for many reasons (mainly out of HC's control) been long and stressful, fortunately ending recently with us finally moving into our new home. The team at Holden Copley excel in the areas of advertising and marketing and are friendly. The employees who worked directly on our move worked hard to make sure everything turned out well, particularly nearer the end. However, I also personally found myself having to give up a lot of my time and become more heavily involved than I imagined, in order to reach a successful conclusion. I thank the team for their efforts and wish them well in the future.

GoogleI can't praise Holden Copley any more highly for the job they did with the sale of our house and our purchase of a new one. Always friendly, responsive and happy to help. The staff are their biggest asset by far. In the past we haven't had great experiences with other agents and assumed it was the case across most agents in the city. GoogleWe sold our property through Holden Copley and highly recommend them, they were professional and sold our property within a week. The after sales team were great and always available when we needed them. We also had Jack show us around a few properties and he was always professional, reliable and very helpful. Another thing we appreciated was that they always answer the phone and someone is always available to assist if you need anything. I would definitely use them again in the future.

GoogleI've just purchased my first property with Holden Copley and I have been really pleased with the service I have received. The whole buying process was really quite easy with holden copley. Staff are very friendly and communication is excellent. Lianna would email regularly to check in with the purchase and was a great in between my vendor and myself. I would definitely use again for any future purchases or selling.

GoogleWe didn’t sell a property using Holden Copley but purchased a property they were agents for. We had a very poor experience with them. They failed to ensure that we were given keys to the property after we had completed, resulting in us not having access to a property we had purchased ☹️
