GoogleI've been using Holden Copley as a landlord for 2 yrs now and have been delighted with my choice. They are a professional outfit and deliver to a high standard. GoogleNot good experience so far. I have lost count of times trying to rent with this agent. On first approach they made us feel relevant and at ease but after every single application up to 10. They send emails that we are unsuccessful and say it has nothing to do with our application. No reason given or anything. I just think they don’t have a good approach to selecting for rentals. It’s all let down. I wouldn’t recommend.

GoogleI had a viewing with Holden Copley and their agent Josh Mohtady met me at the property. I got a reminder text & email with the complete addres, prior to the viewing, so it was easy to find the location. At the property, Josh contacted me on time and showed me around. Although the property didn’t meet my specifications, Josh still v kindly helped changed settings on my Rightmove app. Thank you for the kindness & help.

GoogleFantastic...... from start to finish. House was valued and sold in just over 8 weeks!!! Both Matt and Steve are fantastic at what they do and they're clearly supported by an excellent team. Professional at all times, pro-active, knowledgeable and efficient. I was constantly updated on all progress and actually, having never sold a house before I felt really supported by these guys too. They really do take care of everything. Huge thank you to you all, and I wont hesitate in recommending you to others.

FacebookThe staff at Holden were very friendly and helpful particularly Cheryl. She was always cheerful and put my mind at ease when the sale of my house felt like it was never going to be complete. Didn't quite get what I wanted for my house BUT I guess that is the housing market these days and in the end was very pleased to of sold my home. Will definitely recommend and use HoldenCopley again. Keep up the good work Steve and Co!

GoogleShown around property we were interested in buying by Jack Best. Jack acted in a very professional manner and was able to answer any questions relating to the property. We subsequently made an offer on the property and Jack kept us informed throughout the liaising process with the vendors. My Wife and I consider Jack to be a great asset to Holden Copley and thank him wholeheartedly for his assistance with the purchase.

We cannot praise them enough.The staff are all professional, courteous, friendly, honest and highly efficient and always got back to us keeping us informed of our house sale.Even more so they were pivotal in holding the sale together liaising between buyers, us, surveyors and solicitors. They made sure nothing was left to chance. FacebookRecently purchased a property through Holden and Copley, I dealt mainly with Steve who was exceptionally customer focused and knowledgeable, he supported me in every part of this process. The purchase had its ups and downs but Steve remained professional and kept any promises made. When things started to stall Steve was in regular contact with me to put my mind at ease and kept me updated with all changes/progressions, this meant he had to work closely with the vendor, solicitors and other estate agents to ensure that my requirements were met, my purchase went through on time and I was a happy customer. I would highly recommend Holden and Copley to anyone looking to sell or purchase a property, I for one will definitely be using them again in the future.Thank you Holden and Copley.
