My husband and I are extremely happy with the service provided by Holden Copely. There were knowledgable, polite, helpful and excellent communicators (always answering emails promptly, and I either got straight through on the phone, or they called me right back without delay). Even although I found the whole process of selling and buying very stressful, (and there were a few hiccups - not anything to do with Holden Copley), they were always positive, reassuring, and acted promptly and efficiently to keep the process going. A huge thank you especially to Georgia in Sales Progression for her patience and professionalism when I kept pestering her with calls and emails to ask what was happening! You have been brilliant! We are delighted with how they found our buyer and handled the whole sales process We would highly recommend Holden Copely as the local estate agent of choice. Well done, and thank you!

Can 100% recommend Holden Copley. They have put everything into both our sale and purchase for us. Following the use of two previous estate agents with no sale, no viewings, viewings that didn’t show up, a buyer that pulled out on us and a blatant lack of and mis-communication etc etc ...Holden Copley have firstly sold our house within 4 days and have quite honestly worked above and beyond to give us the support we have needed throughout the process. They are professional, approachable and contactable. I don’t think they understand how good they have been for us. Georgina has literally been at our beck and call via phone or email and has been amazing but literally everyone we have dealt with has been fab. Thank you so much. Hopefully we never move house again (stressful is an understatement haha) but if we do, we won’t hesitate to use Holden Copley! Having bought and sold a number of houses over many years, I can honestly say that Holden Copley in Arnold is the best Estate Agent I have ever used. I would highly recommend them. They recently provided me with an excellent service both in the sale and purchase of properties. In terms of the sale, they put together a fantastic brochure and posted a first rate virtual video tour on their website, which generated a lot of potential buyers. The valuation of the property was spot-on and, throughout the process, the sales team were very proactive and kept me informed of all viewing appointments and provided valuable feedback on each one. The sales team were very professional, friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. The purchase side of my transaction was processed equally well with all the staff offering a fantastic service from start to finish. They were polite, knowledgable, and always answered any questions very promptly. Emma was the lead contact and ensured that everything progressed to my satisfaction, keeping me informed, liaising with purchasers and sellers and chasing conveyancers as necessary. I have no hesitation in recommending Holden Copley whether selling or buying property.

Well what can I say? We asked three estate agents to value the property. One didn’t bother to turn up . One was very good and then we had Jordan from Holden Copley. His manner was wonderful and accommodating and put my 91 year old mother at ease. He knew the market and surrounding properties and gave us the confidence that they would sell our property. They held an open day with over 16 people viewing the property. We had 6 offers made and the property was sold within less than two weeks. Talk about Outstanding Service. From start to finish all the members of the Holden Copley team kept us updated and in touch with everything that was happening, where the buyers were at with regards funds and solicitors. We had dealings with Helen, Liberty, and Sheryl who were always polite and responded to any queries we had adequately and to the best of their knowledge. We never felt we were being pursued or under any pressure from them. They are just one fantastic team and we can say that we were 100% pleased in choosing them to act on the sale of the property. We would highly recommend Holden Copley.

Racially profile buyers in accordance to your name SO IF YOU HAVE AN ETHNIC NAME DONT EXPECT TO HEAR BACK FROM THEM OR GET A VIEWING. Was trying to buy a lease property with this company and it took me calling 3 times over weeks to get confirmation on what the lease said regarding pets. Then I tried twice to book a viewing on the place but was ghosted. Apparently there had been barely any viewings on the flat I was interested in, but now I have to wonder if it's because no one is getting their viewing requests answered! Meanwhile the seller probably thinks no one is interested... Maybe don't sell your property with this agent.

We wanted to view a house today (Friday) which went on the market two days earlier (Wednesday). When we phoned Holden Copley, the agent was being very coy and evasive, telling us there was an open day on the Saturday, but that it was full and we would have to view it the following weekend. We then received a call some hours later telling us the house had just been sold. What's weird, is that they didn't even ask how much we were prepared to offer. I highly doubt a seller would accept the first offer in this current market, the day before they were meant to be having viewings. I don't think there was ever an open day. Definitely some underhand tactics going on here.

Worst estate agent I have dealt with! There rental process is really unfair they take 10 people to view a house and then allow all 10 to apply and they choose who they like even though I was the first to send my application in. Not only that no one gives you updates you have to call them they don’t call or contact you and to top it off they didn’t even let me no they had chose someone else for the property I had to call them to ask what’s happening they didn’t even ask if there was anywhere else I would like to look .

We recently bought a house that was being sold using HoldenCopley as the estate agents and without them, I don't think our purchase would have gone through. From first setting up this viewing (as well as multiple others in the area), they were always available whenever we rang, and were available for call backs in very good time. We were looked after well, with our questions being answered and the excitement of our first house purchase also being reflected back to us. When we had our offer accepted, our house progression was passed to Sophie Bellaby, who was personally responsible in making sure our chain didn't collapse. Throughout the entire process, she was a guiding light, and with an awful, awful solicitor on our side, she was the only one to give us any transparency within our own purchase and along the rest of the chain. We had the most difficult time with our solicitor, and it was a result of Sophie's hard work which helped us push this through and avoided us losing the house at the very last minute - and in time for the stamp duty holiday. I can't thank her enough, because without her and her transparency (and having someone to call when it was all too much), I really don't know how we would have coped with the anxiety of the solicitor. Thank you HoldenCopley for making our first house purchase what it should have been from the start, we are now truly enjoying being first-time buyers in our wonderful new home. PS - We fully intend to bring cake in once we've settled in enough to find out way appropriately around the kitchen!

Holden Copley are the worse estate agent I've ever used. They "over promise and under deliver" on a epic scale. I went with them because their online marketing information, photographs and video tours are very good, and mine are. I was unfortunately being dealt with by the Hucknall branch and they would be described as incompetent as best. I was asked twice if I wanted a For Sale and twice I told them yes, I never had a board erected. They continually sent me details for properties they were selling that did not meet my requirements. They claimed they had a large database of buyers looking for properties like mine in my area. I never saw any evidence of this. After 4 days, the branch manager advised me to reduce the price by £10k so that "we can generate more interest". After 4 days!!! Incidentally three other local estate agents valued the property at the same price. After making a compliant and threatening to terminate my contract, my account was taken over by their Regional Manager. Things improved marginally and I did start getting some viewings arranged. However, there where no offers forthcoming because I believe that the Sales Negotiators did not have enough knowledge about my property or the local area. They over sell their capabilities. They do not have a sufficiently large presence in my area to generate enough demand. In 2 months they were only able to arrange 10 viewings on my property. They do not accept criticism and any complaints levelled at them are dismissed with thinly veiled excuses. In my case, Holden Copley gave up and offered to release me from my contract. Which I accepted.

From start to completion we could not fault the service. The staff at Arnold are a credit to this company. I would highly recommend them all the time. Using HoldenCopley again 2022. I have just bought and sold property through HoldenCopley and I can't speak highly enough of them. I was impressed right from the start when I was looking to market the house - the valuer showed me so much market data that no other agent did, and genuinely understood the market and knew what he was talking about. I made the decision to sell through HoldenCopley on the day and haven't once regretted it. Both buying and selling was made so much easier by everyone concerned, but special thanks have to go to Sheryl for all her hard work throughout, particularly after a solicitor in the chain messed up time and time again. I truly have never encountered someone who cares as much about their job and the people they work with. She is amazing, and I can't thank her enough. I just hope HC know how lucky they are to have such an incredible member of their team.

From the moment we placed an offer on our house to the moment we picked up the keys, the experience was so enjoyable. This was all down to Holden and Copley. Initially, we both were under the impression that the process was going to be very stressful and difficult. However, we were wrong as both Chloe, Lottie and Georgia from the Holden and Copley team were so helpful and always made sure we were up to date with every piece of information about the house. Honestly, I couldn’t recommend buying your house with Holden and Copley enough!! If you want a stress free experience and amazing staff who help you through the process, then these estate agents are the ones to go with!!!
