Cannot recommend Sheryl, Emma and the team enough. We've had what has felt like a string of bad luck with a very dodgy solicitor lower down in our chain and they have gone well above the call of duty to help, putting in hours of work to get us over the line. They're amazing. And I am a tough critic! These are a compassionate and caring bunch of people who put their heart and soul into their jobs, and we'd recommend them in a heartbeat. The things they've done for us I actually think we should be paying them more (yes, I said that!). Thank you SO much team. To anyone thinking about using Holden Copley, go for it!!!

I rang Holden Copley to view a house, with no intention of using them to sell mine as they were based in Arnold and I live in Wollaton. They asked me if I would like a valuation, I agreed as I thought I would compare my our local estate agent. Could not believe how much cheaper they were. Agent who came out was professional without being pushy. From the start of the process to the end, every member of staff I spoke to was helpful and friendly. Any issues were dealt with with professionalism. Sheryl was really good, especially towards exchange when it got tricky. I would recommend them and use them again. They really do give that extra care, that you don,t always get with an estate agent. Also, they actually return calls and listen to what you say. Use them they you wont regret it .

Thank you Holden and Copley for selling our house if I could give them more than 5 stars I would. They were very professional and always kept us informed of the progress of our sale and purchase. They put the other estate agents to shame. Buying a house can be very stressful but Holden and Copley made it so much easier. If we ever decide to move again I will 100% be using them. Dawn the mortgage advisor was fantastic, Emma who was constantly chasing the other estate agents brilliant and Massers the solicitors great. I just want to say a big thank you to the whole team. This was the first time I bought a property so I didn't really know what to expect. The staff at Holden Copley were very friendly and helpful and pointed me in the right direction all the way. They gave me a selection of solicitors I could use and put me in touch with a mortgage advisor, which took a lot of hassle out of proceedings and helped clarify my situation. Overall the process was very smooth and didn't take too long so I'm pleased with how it worked out.

Instructed Holden Copley as they seemed to have more sold signs than anyone else in the area. Matt Copley came and inspected our property. He was very professional and explained the process, the fees and the valuation openly. From then on all the negotiators we spoke to were professional too and we never had to repeat ourselves as they obviously have a system which keeps good central records. Special mention should go to Christie who was our main contact but all were good. A sale was agreed after about 2 months. Since then we have mainly dealt with Sheryl who has progressed the sale process on our behalf. At every stage we have been kept informed. Would not hesitate to recommend them!

The tenant we had gave notice and we were potentially in a predicament of paying a mortgage and rent on 2 properties concurrently. A truly wonderful experience. I am singing Holden Copley's praises to everyone. I found myself in a "nightmare" chain. Sheryl was fabulous. I'm sure without her dedication and persistence I would still not be in my new home. Communication from everyone I had contact with was excellent. Firstly I would like to start by saying how professional Holden Copley have been throughout our sale. Right from the valuation all the way through to viewings, offers and then to exchanging contracts. I have been regularly updated on progress after viewings, I know who exactly has viewed the property (as I did not do these, Holden Copley did) and every time I have spoken to someone at Holden Copley they are always polite and professional and most important knowledgeable about my property. A particularly big thank you to Sheryl who did an amazing job getting the sale progressed quickly and working so hard to achieve this. We considered using an internet based company to save money but decided against this and I am so glad we did! I would recommend Holden Copley to anyone wanting a professional and friendly service.

I have used Holden Copley twice now once to purchase a house and second time to rent a property. The first time I dealt with Kris who was really good and kept in regular contact with me until completion. The second time I dealt with Kimberley who was brilliant. I was very impressed with Holden Copley. Every member of staff I had contact with during a 7 month process was wonderful. They were super friendly and helpful from valuation through to completion. We sold AND bought through Holden Copley and this proved useful in negotiations. All the staff are highly professional and motivated. Sheryl in particular held my hand through a long and drawn out process and was always cheerful even when I was stressed. There were times when my partner and I felt like giving up due to what seemed to be endless obstacles put in the way by solicitors. We had never bought a Leasehold property before and hadn't understood all the implications but Sheryl was very supportive in helping us to understand and consider these. She was truly amazing in her relentless pursuit of all the solicitors and other parties involved to enable the exchange and completion on our sale and purchase.I am glad we stuck it out as we have ended up in a lovely apartment that we really love. I really would recommend Holden Copley thoroughly. They are competitively priced and provide an excellent and personal service.
