HoldenCopley Chloe Thorne-Mills top Negotiator there. If you renting your house out, you tell her what you want ie. Long term tenant for 10 years, tenant for 3 years, family, older couple bungalow etc. And she goes finds u the best people for u & your property. Get her to know u & your wants, & it sinks in with her. Same with the tenants, she knows what they want & finds them the best property & best Landlord for them. You want someone in, in 4 weeks, she'll sort it. You'd like them in, in 2 weeks, she will do her best & negotiate for u. Many Letting Agents work just for Landlord. Many biase on side of tenant. Chloe will go what's best for both of u. Happy tenant = Happy Landlord = Happy tenant.

I worked with Holden Copley on the purchase of a property in Beeston. It was a complicated purchase with numerous conveyancing issues for both me and the vendors to overcome. It is fair to say without the tenacity of Holden Copley I doubt the purchase would have been possible. I would particularly like to thank Lianna Vocaturo - she worked so hard to make this purchase happen - notwithstanding lockdown, Christmas/ NY etc - she kept on pushing away at all parties until we got done. Despite the first sale falling through due to the disastrous mortgage rise, and the added complication that we all live in London, Lianna always kept us informed by email and phone. Amazing estate agent! We have just sold our home and purchased our new home through HoldenCopley and couldn’t recommend them enough. Everything has been dealt with so swiftly throughout the process, from selling my house in just 4 days and having 27 viewings lined up for me in this time. I sold my house with holden copley (HC), and there were many issues throughout the process which has caused this negative review. Firstly, there were many issues in HC showing people around my property. This includes HC staff not setting my alarm when leaving the property despite being told to do so. They also "forgot" to open the garage for viewers to view my garage on several occasions. There was a time which my fuse was tripped during a viewing, i was not informed of this. HC staff just left my property without calling me. Once an offer was accepted, HC staff were informed of a time and date of a survey however they did not tell me that they had given access to my property and simply let the surveyor in my property without notice. It was at this point that HC felt that they should compensate me. However what happened after, triggered this review. I call to ask for an update on the completion of the sale of my property. HC staff just simply tell me that they are too busy today and are dealing with 27 completions. If you are "too busy" why take on more business than you can manage? In actual fact i am getting more updates on the completion of my property from the seller's estate agents than my own!
