My mum sold her house through Holden Copley (Arnold branch) and they were fantastic throughout. I was pretty set on them from the beginning because they seemed to have quite a few properties in the area so I thought that would mean they’d be able to get in lots of viewings. Then when we met Chris, that really cemented my confidence in the company. Everything has just exceeded our expectations- from the description of my mum’s home which was so lovely to read, to having a dedicated person to progress the sale (Josie, who was an absolute godsend). The communication has been outstanding and no doubt taken out that feeling of being totally lost in the process I’m sure. Really glad we went with them!

Can’t believe I never wrote this sooner, had a really bad experience with Holden Copley, constantly chasing the sale of our house, made to carry out more viewings even though we accepted an offer but they wouldn’t tell the buyer. Weeks down the line, literally a few weeks from completion we find out about this ‘chain’ we were in…. Fuming wasn’t the word as we were previously led to believe our buyer was the only one above us… no no no! We ended up waiting even longer to move due to this chain which would of swayed our decision to accept a different offer. When it came to the completion date and our buyer was being a little awkward Holden Copley was more concerned with how happy she was than us who we’re paying them! When I emailed the staff regarding this I had such a rude reply from one female staff member who’s name I can’t remember now. Had a call from Steve but was such a waste of time and only offered to compensate us IF the sale didn’t happen on the date mentioned and all he had to say regarding his rude ‘forgetful’ staff was he would have a word. No thanks to them we managed to complete on time but didn’t take away the fact we were caused unreal amounts of stress and spoken to very unprofessional!

Recently bought and sold properties with Holden Copley. After initial teething troubles I really cannot fault the services. From the off the valuation process was excellent. The photos and marketing are far above the rest of the agents in my locality. We have a sales progressor who had to work very hard for her money as we were in a very long and complex chain. Hiccups along the way were dealt with professionally. Exchange and Completion were a nightmare (nothing to do with HC) and our point of contact stayed cool under pressure to help us come to a satisfactory conclusion. The solicitor they recommended were also excellent (Heather at Sheltons). Highly recommend but will not be moving again for a very long time Team work was impeccable and you could talk to any of the teams as the other offices. thanks Lianna and the rest of the team at Holden Copley

They are friendly, professional, helpful, respond quickly, give feedback regularly, proactively look for buyers, give an accurate market value, take great photographs, provide super-easy click-through quotes from solicitors, guide through the sales process once sold and, on top of all this, they offer kindness and reassurance.
