Moved house on my own was nervous throughout but Leia who took the whole process on and made me feel better and happy throughout the whole sale and moving in right to the end, was simply amazing a real credit to the company not only that to herself too as she bent over backwards to get things done accordingly for me very pleasant experience

GoogleStop looking for a 5* estate agent, you’ve found them! Due to family bereavements we had 2 properties to sell in 2021 & HC were amazing throughout the whole process. Seamless expert service from start to completion, always kept us updated. Knowledgeable, professional and polite, nothing was too much trouble when guiding us gently through the tricky 'probate sale' process. GoogleFrom start to finish the experience was 5 star! I mainly dealt with Tom Mawer, who is exceptional. His attitude, passion and attention to detail is outstanding. He was at the end of the phone every step of the way, even for all my silly questions! He made me feel like I was his only client & I couldn’t of asked for a better service from him! Every member of the team are so helpful & polite. Selling/buying a property can be a daunting & stressful experience but Tom & the team put my mind at ease daily. I can’t thank you enough! GoogleThis is a personal review for Tylor Leeds, Accompanied viewer at Holden Copley. I am still actively looking for my next home and Tylor showed me round a property in Hucknall last week. Although the property itself was beautiful, it did not meet my requirements and so I did not make an offer. However, Tylor was very friendly, open and engaging as well as courteous and respectful! He is definitely an asset to the company and I wish him every success in his future career.

GoogleHolden Copley couldn't have done more for me as a first time buyer. The process for the viewings was fast and fair, and when it was confirmed that our offer was accepted we were introduced to Karen who was our Sales Progressor. Karen was always willing to answer any questions I had and even explained the regular processes to someone like myself who didn't have a single clue what he was doing. My first solicitors were horrendous, and Karen was speaking between both the seller and our own solicitors to help the sale go through. After my solicitors not responding for over 5 weeks, Karen helped me source another solicitor who were better. Karen was keeping in contact to let me know every step of the way and what was happening with the seller, including being the middle person between us and the seller, and solicitors. Without Karen's help, I'm sure the sale wouldn't have gone as smooth or at all. I would highly recommend Holden Copley, and if you have the pleasure to speak to Karen you can be assured that you are in good hands. Thanks again Karen!

GoogleHolden and Copley were amazing again during another purchase. This is our third with them now and Lianna has done the last two, and has just been amazing. H+C and of course Lianna will always be our first choice for purchasing, due to the quality of service you get. GoogleWe viewed a property in October with a young gentleman called George Rudd. It was our first property we had viewed and it turned out it wasn’t for us. Nonetheless George was brilliant in guiding and advising us on what to look out for our future viewings. He even went to the effort of sending me an email post viewing on what type of questions to ask when visiting properties. I would recommend Holden Copley to anyone looking for a new property.

GoogleAfter two local estate agents were unsuccessful in finding us suitable tenants for our property in Awsworth, we approached Holden Copley. They immediately got to work arranging a couple of open days for prospective tenants to view the house. Subsequently, we were able to let the house for a good rental income. Unlike the first estate agent we registered with, HC were realistic from the outset about the rent we could acquire, they produced a thorough inventory as part of the £499 total cost for the find a tenant service - much cheaper overall than the other agents we registered with. Luke, Layla and Kerry were professional, extremely knowledgeable and great to communicate with. Next time we won’t waste our time using agents who promise so much but fail to deliver. GoogleHolden Copley as estate agents go are second to none! We sold our old home and purchased our new home through them due to a recommendation from another previous client of there’s and from start to finish it has always been professional and efficient. They have a wide customer database and we managed to sell our house within the first week of being on the market! Georgia our sales progression agent who handled our sale and purchase was so good and patient with us throughout the whole process, we had regular updates and nothing was too much trouble for her. I would highly recommend Holden Copley for anyone looking at selling!

GoogleUsing Holden Copley for our buy to let was a great decision. Our solicitor choice was a very bad one!! Without the help of Melissa Denton at Holden Copley the two properties we purchased would not have met the completion timeline. Melissa was very proactive, professional and consistent with following up with the solicitors and coordinating the whole process. I can only say good things and thankful for all her support throughout the whole process. I recommend Holden Copley 100%

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant service from start to finish. We had a complicated situation with selling two houses and combining households, and there were delays with our onwards purchase due to survey issues, but Melissa at Holden Copley was fantastic throughout the process. She managed the situation, keeping our two sets of buyers onside, and trouble shooting so that there were no additional problems. We genuinely would not hesitate to recommend, we have moved regularly in the past, and whilst this was the first time we'd used Holden Copley, their customer service really is superior to any other estate agent. The particulars for both properties were excellent, the sales staff from the West Bridgford branch and the Long Eaton branch were efficient, friendly and proactive, and then the after sales service (which is never the fun bit) was the icing on the cake. GoogleIt's still early days with regards to buying my first home but so far my experience with Holden Copley has been excellent. I have mainly been working with Esta, who is so lovely, honest and patient. As a first time buyer, it can be really overwhelming however Esta has communicated really well and has offered advice where appropriate. In her absence, Esta's colleagues, including Annie, have also been approachable, helpful and clear. I would really recommend Holden Copley; so far they have provided a good service, keeping me in the loop with the sale and have communicated effectively with all parties involved. Thank you so much Esta, you have made this experience so much calmer and actually really exciting too!

GoogleWe found our dream home listed with Holden Copley. We made an offer the day it was brought to market and increased it upon viewing. Every staff member spoken to was friendly, professional and helpful. However, I would like to give special thanks to Jack Best. Best by name and by nature!
