FacebookAbsolutely excellent service from Nico- we felt so at ease during the viewings we had with him and he was attentive and knowledgeable. Holden Copley have been brilliant with us for our house search so far- I’ve also been in contact with Lucy and Lauren quite a lot who’ve been absolutely fantastic at getting us booked in for viewings and SO quick at responding. Cannot fault any of the team we’ve interacted with so far at all, they’re all fantastic.

Whenever I have had any issues with anything to do with my lease, Jack has always treated me with understanding, respect and incredible professionalism. He always goes above and beyond whenever something needs to be done. Whether it's a new shower, which was sorted and fitted that same day or negotiation with my landlord to ensure everyone is happy. I’ve been renting from Holden and Copley for around a month now, and all I can say is amazing, all issues are dealt with so quick and they actually care. I have a lady called lexy who is truly amazing! Any issues I have had or any questions she resolved then or finds all the information out I’ve needed! I can not fault this company at all and is by far the best renting company I’ve been with.

I made an offer on a property, it took them 1 month to get back to me. Increased my offer on Monday, still waiting to hear! Looked on rightmove yesterday, and the property is SSTC. Phoned them to be told when I put my offer in, an offer had already been accepted but they are still putting my offer forward! Why wasn’t I told this when I put my offer in? Please be aware of HoldenCopley dishonest behaviour and Shenanigans!
