Recently sold our house through Holden Copley and could not have asked for more from them as an estate agent. From start to finish the communication, advice & support we received was second to none. From the initial photography & marketing all the way to the sales progression & completion we felt they were a valuable asset throughout the process.Special mention must be given to Laura, who guided the sale brilliantly, and Karen, our sales progressor who was absolutely invaluable in getting us over the line.Not planning on moving house again any time soon, but wouldn't hesitate to use Holden Copley again if we did.

1) As a LanlordI have let numerous properties via Holden Copley the staff are fantastic and highly driven, tenants have been found very quickly and more importantly they are very well checked to find the right tenants. Right from the ownership to all the staff they are extremely well organized , I would definitely recommend them to any landlord 2) As a property BuyerI have purchased a few properties through both the Arnold Branch and Hucknull branches. The staff were brilliant, purchasers were straight forward, they kept me upto date all the way along the process. I have to say a special thanks to Helen the Associate Director who runs all the branches superbly.

HoldenCopley has been incredible, everything went so smoothly and Josie Plester has been absolutely lovely and really helped to make sure everything was quick, smooth, and easy especially as I'm a first time buyer. Jude Bush was also very helpful through the initial viewing process and it was nice to hear they'd all been rooting for me when I was initially competing with someone to buy the place haha!

Holden Copley as a whole were fantastic, there are way too many people to name everyone and so I may miss some. But, from my first interaction with Joseph who came round to speak to me about putting the house on the market, to the whole team in Nottingham and Lianna from the Arnold office, they were fantastic. They handled everything for me and were extremely good with their updates always keeping me in the loop.I would strongly recommend Holden Copley to anyone looking for an estate agent.

Holden Copley were a great agent to deal with. I dealt with the Long Eaton branch selling a house in Beeston. They provided a far superior service to estate agents I have dealt with in the past. The quality of the photos that were taken was high, the accuracy and appeal of the house detail and the speed that they were prepared by Chelsea was impressive. The sales team at the Long Eaton branch were professional, contactable and proactive. Our main contact was Esther who gave great customer service to us and I am sure to the potential purchasers. Finally, once the sale was agreed, Josie provided a great service bringing the sale to completion. She regularly reviewed the progress of the chain and proactively chased solicitors and purchasers as necessary. Altogether a five star service and I would thoroughly recommend the company.

Holden Copley sold my flat and help us buy another property. It was a very stressful time but the team really helped us and looked after us. Lianna especially helped by keeping us level headed throughout the process. Lianna was professional but friendly and was always available no matter what, when we were stressed out. I have recommended her and the team for my parents sale this year, mainly because of how well Lianna took care of us at a very stressful time.

It's not the for the first time that i have used Holden Copley to move and on both occassions its been fantastic, a special mention to Anastasia who was on top of the buying and selling of our home almost daily for over a week, and although i might have driven her slightly mad constantly checking in, she came across as if it was never too much trouble. Will use again, but hopefully this is my FOREVER HOME. (said this last time)
