Lianna and the team worked super hard getting our house sale and purchase over the line. There were many twists and turns, mainly put of our hands, however Lianna was there the whole time to guide us, and progress the whole chain.

Always happy to assist us, she made the whole process of giving up tenancy very easy. The whole team have been great start to finish the whole 6 years we were renting in Arnold :) When we come to buy something we will be looking at what they have to offer.

GoogleThe entire team are wonderful. From valuation of the property to final completion, they kept me updated every step of the way. There were a couple of set backs with potential buyers, but this was handled by Holden Copley staff with sensitivity and complete professionalism. GoogleBought my first home through holden copley and they helped and guided me through every step. Georgia was great and very responsive and patient with my lots of questions, as is Matt. Buying during the pandemic made things harder but holden copley did their best to support the buy and make sure it was completed for when I needed to move in. GoogleRecently sold our house through Holden Copley and could not have asked for more from them as an estate agent. From start to finish the communication, advice & support we received was second to none. From the initial photography & marketing all the way to the sales progression & completion we felt they were a valuable asset throughout the process. Special mention must be given to Laura, who guided the sale brilliantly, and Karen, our sales progressor who was absolutely invaluable in getting us over the line. Not planning on moving house again any time soon, but wouldn't hesitate to use Holden Copley again if we did.

Quite simply, they did exactly what you expect an estate agent to do. They carried out a professional service from valuing the property, producing the photos & virtual tour, providing an excellently presented sales brochure online, carrying out accompanied viewings pointing out the qualities of the property, keeping us updated with viewing feedback and then, once an offer had been accepted, keeping us updated with how things were progressing. All the staff involved are friendly and professional and give the impression that your property sale is important to them - not just their job. We didn’t use them for the purchase of our new property so can’t comment on that side - though I doubt the service would be any different.

We have a few properties that Holden Copley manage for us we have found the process very easy and stress free if there is an issue they are extremely efficient in letting us know and either deal with it for us or we use our own contractors. When we have used theirs it’s been also stress free and very reasonable. We get our regular checks done with reports and photos on time and expertly done We have dealt with lexi many times for enquires she is very friendly remembers us which comes across as very professional and very quick to deal with our enquiries. Not forgetting all the other staff that we have dealt with in lettings who act in the exact same way. We did look around a few years ago when looking for a management company and heard lots of bad reviews with other lettings agents. So we are pleased that we did go with Holden Copley and have had years of easy letting. A recommended company
