So far, NOT so good. Failed negotiations. Poor advice. Dire communication. Still haven't sold our property after multiple failed viewings. A young couple turned up to view, we were unaware as no one from the office had bothered to either check it was suitable for them to view or message/email us. Nearly a month and no interest or viewings.No one at Holden Copley is interested or bothered it seems. Very little work for a chunk of commission.

I cannot speak more highly of them. They were from the start super efficient, arranged a large number of viewings, secured a buyer and liaised with me throughout the conveyancing process.
