GoogleI would definately recommend Holden Copley. Every single member of staff I have spoken to are approachable and polite...no question is a stupid question. They have helped me every step of the way and ensured every thing progressed with no delay. If the person I had been dealing with was busy or off for any reason there was always someone else who knew about my case and could answer any questions. Thank you!

Stay away from Holden Copley Letting Agency. They only care about the landlords, not the tenants. At the end of my lease, they claimed there were damages and provided photos that showed nothing wrong. They even included normal furniture marks on the carpet as "damage."Communication was terrible throughout my tenancy, and they were completely unhelpful when I tried to dispute their claims. They just wanted to keep as much of my deposit as possible.Overall, it was a frustrating and unfair experience. There are better agencies out there that treat tenants more fairly. Avoid Holden Copley if you can.

We are now trying to buy a property and have found Tom Cowling to be very informative and personable on viewings. Ellie N in the office has also been extremely helpful and positive. We have two rental properties through Holden Copley. Jack Dickens is our Property Manager. If we ever need to speak to Jack and he is not available he will always call back straight away. If any problems arise, Jack will have the problem sorted almost straight away.

GoogleI feel that the team at Holden Copley, particulary the sales progresssion team, have worked really hard to ensure that things kept moving and that I was kept up to date, during the sale of my late mother's house. Particular thanks to Sheryl. I would certainly use Holden Copley again, they were professional and communication was much better than previous estate agents I have used. Prices are fixed and fair.
